694 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Together"

In the range of three octaves, sung by me in 13 tracks. Not completely in tune. The first one is unedited sound. The second is transposed an octave lower. The third is transposed two octaves lower. In the fourth all the latter are sounded together (39 voices). The transposing makes a peculiar effect to the voice specially in the second (12 semitone) transposition.

Recording of a pair of oven mitts being hit together. Might be useful in a game as an inventory sound. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 44100hz in audacity. Used audacity's noise removal filter to to remove background noise. For this file, i isolated the samples i liked and left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. Attribution appreciated but not required.

For "man of la mancha" i needed the sound of don quixote hitting the stage while off stage fighting windmills. I dropped a sandbag a few times, and added the sounds together. You can hear the slight reverb from our walls. I wanted the slight echo effect of the stage, so that the audience thought he really fell.

My phone ringing, me pressing the talk button, me yelling, me hanging up, and then me yelling again. This was made a long time ago. I think i had just put together some sounds i recorded for no reason in order to get this. Sorry about the poor quality. At the time i didn't have a good microphone.

While editing the sound i posted prior to this, some sort of glitch in logic's system gave me this. I made sure to keep it for freesound. It's just a few seconds of a glitchy, vocal-esque sound. Already mixed it together somewhat. It might be good for dj's.

A kick drum produced for moody trance project. Production process: sound generated from kick synth; signal splitted in two bands; high band signal filtered, distorted and panned (this gives nice roughness and makes kick sound pretty good with center panned bassline); low band signal equalized with some re-verb; both bands mixed back together.

Made with a butt ton of reverberation decay, modifications to high dampening and the layering of many swishing knifes together to create a suspenseful sound effect. The application of this sound could be used for the penultimate release of something utter horrifying to be revealed on screen, chase scenes or simply an underscore/tension builder for the now victims of a monstrosity coming at them for a bit of a nibble.

I placed the recorder on the ledge of the doorway in my hall, this is me walking back and forth between two rooms. I have a reason for making this recording, these are the parts i would have deleted, so i cut them out and joined them together.

This is a smoothly rising shepard tone that i created using adobe audition 3's tone generator. I generated the tone as sine waves in 7 different octaves and mixed the results together. The period of repetition is 10 seconds. (this is a second version in which i removed the phase variance, making the sound monophonic for all practical purposes).

Dozens of crayfishes together in a washin machin drum into a pond. Underwater recording. We can ear the crayfishes moving, rubing the metal. Also some high pitch sounds. This is a homemade sound recording. I used sound effects created by myself and put them together in this recording. It is supposed to represent a shooting range, with the sounds of a. 50 cal anti-materiel rifle, an m16 on 3-rounds burst, a desert eagle. 50 ae, and a 9 mm pistol. Features loading sounds as well.

This one is an attempt to replicate the ww2 enfield bolt action rifle the british used through world war 1 all the way to world war two and is even still used in some paramilitaries today. I used mostly recordings of the actual enfield rifle and just stacked them together, processed them with eq and multiband compression and several transient designers to bring out the snap and attached a reverb tail to it. Made this in ableton live.

More than two centuries ago some extraordinary people put together documents recognizing what everyone knew: power and control by anyone other than one's self ends, stops, halts, wherever our noses begin. Or whatever part of the body happens to be foremost. Today, hell, it's "fuck that. Do what i say. ". We'll just see about that.

I recorded hot-water-heating pipes crackling and then looped the sample at progressively faster & harmonically relevant speeds. I've fiddled with this sound for a while, its 22 layers of base tones, atmosphere and static blended together to create a heavy, powerful sounding beam weapon. The finish is a slowed, lowered and reverberated tone from a french horn.

Noise left after dithering and phase canceling a tone. A tone was created with audacity's tone generator. Another version of the tone was made by downsampling and dithering the original tone in ableton live. I then phase cancelled the two sounds by switching the polarity of one of the tones and blending them back together in audacity. Because of the phase canceling, none of the original tone can be heard. Only the noise added during dithering remains.

Now this sfx is my pride and joy. I acted quickly to get materials to work together to make this sound. I pulled a rope through the belt-eyes of some short pants, which would be the ropes releasing from the bag. Then i fluttered the pants to sound asif wind and the parachute material was colliding, making the sound so much more convincing.

Sound recorded at the massive people recording in ghent - belgium. About 40 people make sounds together, directed by henk our friendly director. Everything was recorded by 4 microphones and directly mixed down to stereo for recording. This is ariane testing the microphones with her insane scream. It left her without a voice the next 3 days. . .

I think this sounds a bit like a jazz age theme reflecting a journey by steam ship. It was bolted together from little loopable sections (also uploaded separately here) which were all created using edirol orchestral samples and the magic of arpeggiating programs. A 6-in-1 brass hammer being dismantled and put back together. I am aware that there are a few "pops" in the sound, but i am not completely sure how to remove them, so i left them there in case someone with more experience in audio editing wants them. The sounds i recorded from the smallest possible parts of the hammer are not included because they were way too quiet to be useful :1.

My first excursion into the ambient realm. My friends mimeophon, o-ctrl, morphagene, x-pan, erbe-verbe and the omnipresent clouds took me to somewhere i never thought i'd venture. Basically a very simple sound source, sped up and slowed down in segments, granulated and pasted back together. Quite a wet mix. Shake the drops off afterwards. . .

Made using a logic x. Cant beat a good arpeggiator. I put this together for a cheesy action movie style entrance after the hero is presumed dead but makes a dramatic return with plenty of smoke and back lighting. Enjoy.

A sound composed from bunching wet paper towels smacked against the floor and a wet bottle of liquid being sloshed mixed together to create an impact sound. Creates a horrible sensation of flesh impacted by a powerful shockwave. A bottle with liquid being sloshed around gently can provide the needed element of a subdued liquid sound - taking away the need to filter it with low pass filters (but it can help boost other frequencies).

Privatedareno2 - 3patches - 3min. A challenge kindly started by alienxxx \(^_^)/. Patch 1: the patch that was… a patch i did yesterday. Got that one for free, so to speak. Patch 2: inspired by distant airplanes. Had this in mind. Now i patched up my idea. The wind (or what you decide to call it) is controlled by alm pip slope. New module – for me. Used an external effect, the zoom ms-70cdr. Patch 3: read about feedback. I decided to do a feedback patch. First i made one using oscillators, but i did not manage to do something nice. So i used filters. The first filters feedback is generating triggers. Oh, yes, and i used my sampler (soundmachines ul1uloop). So three patches. I merged/mixed them together in audacity. All sound unedited. Just normalized and i have applied fade in/out – and mixed them together - as written.

This is static actually coming from my radio but its plugged into the same cord as my tv & they are very close together. So it's actually interference. Also the proximity of my phone gives more sound (ringy static). That really awesome modulating sound is the moment between clicking the on button & the picture coming on the screen. 2nd try was better after i adjusted the tuner a bit.

This sound was recorded with an ipod touch (5th gen). I was in need of some sword sound effects for a project i'm working on, and after i made these, i figured i'd give them away for free here on freesound!. The sound you hear is actually just a couple of large kitchen spatulas clashing together.

I was looking for a sound that fitted a dance studio/recording studio reception area so i mixed a few sounds together and came up with this. It has traffic sounds, various bird sounds, indistinct chatter, a thumping bass in the background like in a room on the floor above and a harmony group practising somewhere else in the building. Could be useful for a radio play, movie scene or theatre play.

This is an a gathering of college students having a backyard get together with a bean bag toss (cornhole) as the primary entertainment. Urban city setting, so occasional motorcycles and trucks can be heard passing, birds and squirrels chirping, dogs barking, kids wailing, and occasionally you can hear a radio playing.

Just a long, reverberating and multi-faceted fart sound made with my ample arm, sock over the microphone, in a small sound booth. No extra noises. Editted a few together from different tracks to create the 'overlapping' effects of the smaller ones, added a few effects, and was used in a 'toon of mine (kind of 'butthole of the world' volcano going off, suffice to say). Not as wet sounding as i thought it was going to be, though. Can be cropped, etc.

I made this pad sound by starting with a traditional saw wave and mixing various effects together such as reverb and chorus. The wav file also has pre-defined loop points that can be used in samplers that support the functionality. Note: there is a slight static noise that is present when the sound is played through the freesound player on the website, however, the static is not present when played outside of the freesound audio player. It's just as it says ;) actually i had a hard time finding one like this, so i took a bunch of royalty free public domain small fires and added them all together in sony vegas pro! pretty awesome! you can even hear the ceiling falling in around you! i am using this for my audio drama coral island adventures!.

Digital noise made from raw binary files extracted from hdd with hexplorer using raw import function in audacity. Files were 4, each made from 200 sectors. I modified each sound using filters and joined them together to make longer looping example. Good to use in a game or 3d video animation as background ambient noise. Audacity and hexplorer are freeware and you can make similar job with them. . .
