Stereo samples of the landscape stereo field! it is a very interesting instrument, but sometimes hard to find. I did my best to cover a wide variety of the available sounds.

A 1khz wave, often used as an effect for a flatline, test pattern, censorship, etc. This one more for effect (such as a movie) than a test tone. There's a nice stereo effect to make it more exciting, made by producing it as a sine wave for the left channel and a triangle for the right. The sine wave is at a slightly lower volume to make the 1khz fundamental the same volume level in both channels.

Very short tick. This is a sound i found on my forest recording. Something must have fallen on my mics. It made a very nice, clean and natural tick sound. I cut it out from the ambient sound normalized, made a little fade-out and saved as 24-bit flac. The original recording was 96khz/24bit.

Raw recording of the fireplace with some logs burning and crackling. Unfortunately the metal making up the insert was expanding and contracting, and some of those noises are present as well. Possibly useful as some ambience. Recorded on a zoom handy h4n recorder using the built-in microphones with directivity of 90°.

This is a ambisonic recording made with a sennheiser ambeo vr microphone, in to a zoom f6 in 32bit float mode. The recording is converted from ambisonics a to binaural in post. 16bit 48khz.

A higher bitrate version of my original recording this one is sampled at 48khz and compressed using lame. Mp3 dual stereo, 256kbps bit rate.

I needed a nice breaking glass sound but none were quite punchy enough so i grabbed a few from here, comped them, eq'd them and panned them nicely. Here is the result. Hope somebody else finds it useful.
