I made this beat out of a lot of other beats i got off of freesound, as well as some of my own sounds.

It's me letting my stomach sing it's protest song to the zoom h2's front stereo mics. Recorded via usb into ardour 2 daw at 48khz/16-bit. Unedited and unprocessed - only truncated. Lots of noise but also lots of noise alone ,so you can easily denoise this for your needs.

Running through a gravel bed with thick gravel. I ran through a gravel bed of a supermarket parking lot. I think people thought i was completely stupid, but at least the running gave a good sound :-d. Have fun with the sound. As always, cc0.
