Made a recording of hitting with a piece of wood on a metal chute on a playground in the woods. Afterwards send it through the daw. Like the sound. Recorded with a featurephone from nokia. Let me know if you like it and/or use it if you want to.

I don't know the details (like male / female, barn, tawny, big, little etc) but this fella started hooting the tother day so loud we could hear him/her indoors. The recording was done straight from my samsung galaxy phone. Slight amplification applied but otherwise raw.

Strange sound can be heard from time to time in pécel, hungary especially when warm front appears. You can hear it in the beginning, calms than gets louder again at around 0:45 and fades out after 2:00. Sometimes become louder and calmer. I do not know what it is.

We needed some drum cadences for julius caesar and i was unable to find any i really liked so we grabbed our orchestra drummer here at the theater and we came up with 13 different cadences for us including jfk's funeral march. Most are done on snare and then again on a single tom, easily looped for duration. They have no verb on them so you can add as you desire for your space. Testing an old roland synthesizer from the seventies, system 100 model 101. With some added reverb and delay effects. High resolution 32 bits, 44,1 khz wav file. Some pots are a little scratchy sometimes, but…it’s an old lady!use it entirely or in parts. Please let me know. Thanx.

I made this sound with my microkorg, making lfo1 and lfo2 hella fast, and made them modulate the pitch and amplitude, respectively, at full strength. The values for the frequencies i don't know, but it is fun to dive in to a synth and try to replicate the sounds that you're hearing.

A heavy summer shower recorded from my window with a zoom h2. There are some background noise (child's voice, but i think no car, can't swear to it though) and two claps of far away thunder. The rain becomes lighter in the last 1'30. Free for any use. I'd be happy to know if you used it :-).

An experimental sound i did. It kinda sound like some space jet or something, i don't know. But yeah, it's experimental. To make the sound, first, i recorded the wind coming from my electric fan, then i edited it in adobe auditions cs6, then audacity for the final touches.

Recorded near a drainpipe, i have no idea what the bass wind sound in the background is. I think it was some sort of exhaust from the basement around, but i don't know why it turned off and on. In any case it makes for a very spooky ambient effect.
