I used a midi loop of a guitar sound and an effect to create a weird down-shifting trailing short melody sample. I used ableton live and its grain delay plugin.

Stereo recording of a short scratch bass. Loundge style. I used fruity loops software for this sound. I put an effect of piano roll, an acoustic guitar, an fx scratch, the hip kick for the bass with an other bass effect.

Simple chord progressions, sorta laid back and relaxing. Think maybe a old school type of classic rock beginning.

This is something that my on-line teacher has me playing. I took up the guitar again and even though this is a short piece it has a certain beauty to it. It should be played faster, but i think it also sounds nice at this tempo. The recording has a hiss and i don't know why as my recorder is a yamaha pocketrak. I tried editing out the hiss in sound forge but it also took away some of the music sound, so this is it as recorded. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

Recorded with my epi sg through the walrus slo pedal on dream setting into the focusrite 2i2 interface and into reaper. The bass was recorded with a squier mini-bass through a behringer bxl1800 amp and into reaper. Did a pitch change on the guitar and no quantizing as i like the 'push/pull' feel of the human tempo. May add some percussion down the line. A shout out to kenny gioia for the reaper tutorials. He's the man. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thank. :-).

Blues style riff, plenty of delay and reverb. Slight distortion, sorta choppy with some snap like breaks in the riff. Bit messy at times.

Just hitting the same chord over and over again but ending up in an almost march like beat. Probably good for an intro or breakdown.

A quickly rising synth that then sustains until repeating, meant to sound like the sort of alarm you'd hear in top secret bases and whatnot, could be used for quite a few contexts. This was made in beepbox using the guitar harmonics instrument.

This jump scare sound was created by playing 2 dissonant chords on a single coil telecaster mic'd up w/ a vox ac 10 amp. The two guitar tracks are panned left and right- reverb and delay are added. Additionally, frequency enhancers were added between 4khz - 6khz which adds a higher tonal energy in the upper range of the guitar. Gain is added which can be heard as signal noise mostly at the end of the clip. Enjoy. Bainmack.

The instrument was a 1928 gibson l3. There are no effects. Key is (in order of best fit) d major, f# minor, e minor, g major, a blues. Time signature is 3/4, but these samples are mainly under a bar so can be used in a 4/4 song.
