I'm making a spooky scary video game and needed a "behind you" whisper to play over the shoulder of the player. Didn't find anything so i made it myself by recording several whispers of "behind you" and then applying effects in audacity. Hope this helps someone. Go ahead and use this for whatever. This is a kind of robotic voice from a man that is produced by the lift when you want to go to a floor downstairs. I was filling a giant plastic bucket in the kitchen full of water using the hose attachment. I tried let the water hit the bucket in different ways to change the acoustics of the sound over time. If you can use this, go nuts - i'd love to hear anything you can do with it.

A sound i thought i could hear in my mind and i thought i might be able to find, but decided to go out and create this one. We went out and literally hit metal rulers against a metal staircase handrail, and then went into audacity and reverberated a copy underneath the sound, and tweaked it a bit to add the lasting effect.

We were staying at an eco hostel outside of foz do iguaçu in southern brazil, and i had a moment to go over to the edge of the forest and record the sounds of the animals on my phone. You can hear a faint wind overhead. It was a peaceful afternoon.
