We went out and literally hit metal rulers against a metal staircase handrail, and then went into audacity and reverberated a copy underneath the sound, and tweaked it a bit to add the lasting effect.

They come under the form of a little beige box with a hidden button underneath. You have to push the button to hear the annoucement. You can find them all over the city. The sequence goes as follows: first, an annoucement in french says "red light for pedestrians", followed by the street name, then a jingle goes on, followed by a series of bell-like sounds, signaling a green light. Then i played it back and recorded it using a zoom h2 stereo recorder. So it got processed through the different media. It produces a nice fizzy sound that some people will find useful.

Because someone didn't think to add water or something in it while they were on set filming the bloody thing. So the closest thing i could find to recreate the sound was an old paint can down stairs.

You know that high pitch beep you hear after something super loud, like an explosion? here's a five second effort to reproduce that sound. It fades out towards the end like the person either comes back to themselves or passes out. There's probably some on freesound already but i couldn't find them so i just made my own in audacity.

I generated this sound for a scene of a short video in which a zombie attacks my friend. It's a loud burst of roars and snarls, altered using audacity. I recorded myself doing my best zombie voice, then i lowered the pitch, boosted the bass, and added a phaser to make it more wet and added some feedback. I hope you find it useful!.

Recorded myself typing on our old desktop computer's now garbage keyboard likely over a decade ago with my old nokia e66 smartphone. I then edited this recording yesterday to find out how much i would be able to improve the already decent quality.
