This sound was recorded in the upf's bar. It was recorded using a zoom h2 portable recorder, placing the recorder next to a coffee machine when somebody was ordering a coffee. We can hear all the tipical sounds of the machine like entering the coins, dropping water, heating the coffee. . .

A small recording i made to go with a short animation for a competition i entered. Using morphovix and audacity, first there is a small voice then a deeper one, and finally an evil voice followed by laughter. Recorded under a bridge with fast driving cars above, rain is dripping. The cars hits a gap on the bridge parts, so there is a typical sound of cards entering a modern bridge made of concrete. Recode with a tascam im2 and iphone, i believe.

This ambience is the lobby on the street level of a medical office building in honolulu, hawaii. You can hear people entering the doors and catching one of the elevators, a woman talking, and traffic passing by on the building's driveway. I recorded this with the built-in microphone of a lenovo laptop.

I was walking along a busy street in a city, cars and trams passing by, then i entered a tram, rode one stop and exited the tram again. Zoom h1, 48/16.

A recording taken in a school lobbby before the parents were allowed to enter the hall to watch their offspring play in a concert. Sounds of instruments being played in the background. Recorded on a nokia lumia 1520 (extracted from video @ 260kbps mp4 stereo audio).

Dry ice dumped in a small fountain and recorded with an r-09hr. The bubbles sound very frantic and are continuous. I couldn't get too close, or else the splashing would have entered the mic capsules. It is a very clear sound nonetheless.

Starting with eerie sounding buzzing/fan noise on the street, entering into one of the buildings around rockerfeller center, new york city, and then into the lively underground shopping mall. Ended up briefly walking thru a guided walking tour and walking down the steps with them.

2 cars and 2 trucks are driving fast on a bridge, mics are under the bridge. We ear the air and the metallic double "clac" of the tires entering the bridge. France, 2013. (update-june 15th, 2022. The truck is still running strong). :-) this is my ford ranger with a 170 v-6. I enter, shut the door, put in key, click seat belt, put tranny in neutral, pump gas, start and warm it up a bit. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

Field recording of a person who walks inside a living room and closes the slide door. You can slightly feel the transition from exterior to interior reverberant space. I really liked the texture/character of her shoes/pants.
