Just speeded up the whining to make it more urgent. Squealing drone that makes an i once used as intro if you just add some fade at the end. This is part of a pack that features noises made by a small malfunctioning house fan that's passed its primed. I have released my sounds into the public domain.

Doing a test of how this looks on this site. Triangle wave raising octaves in steps. Took 5 tries but got one that im happy with. If you notice at the end the color starts going backward when the frequency gets too high, instead of going towards red. (which is actually the opposite of the wave length ratios in the light spectrum).

My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. At the very end, the blades knick the wall a couple times before it falls to the floor and stops. Attribution is not necessary, but if you use it, i'd love to hear what you did with it. Crackling chewinggum in a mouth of a child. More pouring out of the paperbag into the mouth at the middle of recording with chewing. Different mouth formants. Recorded with zoom h4n at 44,1 khz, 16 bit, stereo. Without compression. Only cut low end at about 500hz to take away a little bit of breathing and denoised some backgroundnoise for more direct sound.

Sounds at a grocery store checkout complete with beeps and some music in the background. The cashier first greets the customer with a "bonjour/hi" a typical bilingual greeting in quebec. The sounds near the end are the customer (me) pushing the cart away from the cash with the next client's beeps heard a little more faintly. Recorded on a samsung galaxy s3.

My vcr rewinding a vhs tape. Sounds pretty gnarly at the end. Recorded with a jm27 into my zoom h4n. As a side note, this sound was a real pain to record. Every time i set up the mic, it seemed like the ac would come on, the dog would bark, or some other sound would ruin the recording. Whatever, i got it done.

A piece of pump organ improvisation with very little harmonic movement, but much space for the "breathe" of the instrument and the superposition (german schwebung) between the tones, the tones that swing between the tones in different time and tones. Excuse my english, i hope one can still understand. P. S. Start and ending must probably cut off :-).

Coffee shop in tokyo. Lots of background noise and conversation. Staff is cleaning. Espresso drinks are being made. This recording was made with a stereo pair of mics placed at a coincidental 120 degree angle.
