Droning sounds created by rubbing a string against my acoustic guitar in an open tuning. There's some plucking at the end but that's kind of random. I figured i should start uploading some of the more interesting things i have since i've used a lot of material from this website without really contributing to it at all.

Electric garage door opening, with a few seconds of outdoor ambience at the end. This is the mechanized kind of garage door that bends and rolls up in the ceiling of the garage. Two hawk fighter jets; short taxi and take off recorded from rear of runway (rear of planes) on a windy day. Some faint human chatter can be heard towards the end but these can easily be cut or edited if desired.

Here is some ambience of the exterior of my high school in the morning. In the recording, i begin at the end of the parking lot and finish the recording just outside the entrance to the school. You will most prominently hear the sounds of school buses' engines running, their air brakes, and a few pulling out of the school. Recorded with the zoom h4n.

Basically layered a 200hz snare body, similar to a 909, low-passed and saturated. Added in a transient sound, then a certain impact sound that you wouldn't expect, layered together with some high end white noise, compressed, then used a transient shaper for that final touch.

I just tested the recently released plugin moscillator (by meldaproduction) and fiddled around with the parameters. It's always the same fundamental. But i automated the parameters for the harmonic's post-processor (sharpen, clean, harmonize, noise, compress). In the end i just put a reverb (eareverb [preset: "under the city"], 100% wet) after the oscillator.

For this sound i make a sawtooth tone with a wah wah effect and then i add a phaser to make this spawning sound. To make this sound more sci-fi, i chose to add some reverb to create more space around the sound and a fade out at the end.

I have an old toy called a zube tube which is a cardboard tube with a plastic cup in each end and a long spring stretched between the cups. When you shake the tube it makes the weirdest sounds! in this recording i am holding and shaking the tube vertically. You can hear the spring oscillating.

This is merely the sound of a cd case opening and closing (if anyone is interested, it was the cd for the ending theme of the cross ange anime, sung by eri kitamura, though that doesn't change the sound. . . )this kind of snapping sound can also be used for little things opening and closing. I used this sound for a medicine cabinet sound at one point.

For this sound i used 4 differents kind of tonality :440 hz392 hz349,2 hz329,6 hzand then i used the effect low and high and i put an higher pitched sound to make a sound more like videogames style, just like my other sound named stagecleared.
