I wanted to create mood for a shot video piece that was dramatic, ambient and atmospheric. I jumped on my midi-controller keyboard and generated this sound on my computer using software synths and mixed it and processed it in audacity. Useful for background music for video, or for meditation.

There are multiple creatures making sounds here - however, it is not purely nature sounds - there is a highway about a mile away and some of that drone is evident in the background. Weird e-piano/synth ditty, used a few times in tracks over the years. Has a peculiar moody quality. Anyway i'd probably just process the hell out of it with distortion/granulation/slicing and using it as a droney texture because it's sloppy and weird.

Note c. I recorded the ukulele on my phone, playing the note c on several strings. The recording was then reversed and treated with more reverb. At the end of the recording, after processing, we got a very cool "wind" effect. Place the file in the sampler with root note c and get an unusual cinematic pad. Enjoy).

The soundscapes set contains various soundeffects usable in a wide range of productions but especially suited for ambient music and video/game productions. Old guitar multitrack recording with some effects from the pod x3. Some post-processing, not much. There's some minor clipping issues since i never got around properly mixing this and the original project file is long lost. Maybe someone can find use for this :-).

This was designed for a short film whereas the subject is checked-out, mentally, and builds up before the 'snap' of a mental break. The room had a grandfather clock and basic evening white noise with the sound of internal blood flow quickly amped.

This is a tone that i generated using my electric fender strat through one of my vintage amplifiers in my studio. Works well as a sample for composing soundscapes with it - i've used these tones in maschine and other sequencing/midi based instruments to create some interesting orchestral arrangements with the tones.

Just speeded up the whining to make it more urgent. Squealing drone that makes an i once used as intro if you just add some fade at the end. This is part of a pack that features noises made by a small malfunctioning house fan that's passed its primed. I have released my sounds into the public domain.
