Each hypnotone in the file uses a different waveform/tonal setting to give you various textural choices. A more dreary version of spooky siren. The intonations of this feel more grimdark, in a sense total tripedation and tension over an event can be felt like the forthcoming of a thunderstorm over a hero illuminating him towards his true path. Reasynth, orilriver and losers filtering plugins were used. I inspired this from half life 2's citadel siren which contained a single trailing notation.

Recorded using a 1974 mgb sports car. Mic placed on passenger floorboard. Sound of start, idle, accelerating and going through gears, steady state (can be edited and looped for longer scenes) and coast down and shut off. Very throaty sound recorded in-cabin which would be period correct for british cars of that era and useful for in-car scenes behind dialog.

It was recorded with a contact mic in anechoic chamberclock_02 is the same timer but was recorded with an external mic, and has a thinner sound, more like a wrist watch type sound. A mixer truck, freshly loaded is mixing (extremely dry) concrete in the drum as it spins on the frame of the truck! i held the mic to the exterior of the steel drum as it spun. So there are underlying cat engine noises in the background. The concrete is so dry, its load enough to over power the majority of engine sounds.
