A monster grunt i recorded for a horror game i'm making. Uses my voice, audacity, noise removal, and pitch changes. Could be used as an enemy sound in any type of game with creatures. A semi-automatic rifle, pitched down 3 semi-tones. Made in bitwig, i used 10 different recorded gunshot layers that have been eq'ed and multiband compressed to form a new gun sound. Subbass was synthesized for the super low end. The process i use is to select frequencies using high pass and lowpass filters from a recording for the lows, mids and highs. This forms a "layered sound".

This is a longer record of me giggling. You could also descirbe it as moderate laughter (not my natural laughter though). You can use this for whatever project you like, modify and alter it. File i recorded while at work on a telephone pole. I found a span of the steel cable they string between the poles that hold phone lines or cable lines. But this was just the bare span and nothing touching it. If you hit them with a wrench they make weird laser gun sounds. Recorded with my phone and cleaned up a bit in audacity. Use as you please. I was messing around with some voice effects and somehow ended up with this growl. It sounds like a noise a dinosaur or dragon would make. Or like a clicker from "the last of us. "also, if you slow it down, it sounds like wood creaking. Let me know if it's useful for you, hope it makes for some good sound design with whatever you're doing. Moth-organ is a forgotten instrument. Sad, because it's amasingly useful, and a professional (which i am not)can create many interesting variations. I play only three tones, but listen, it's a cool little thing. I used the best available: hohner 'rheingold'.

I did this by tuning my voice as low as i could get it and recording it. Then i slowed the voice down to 0. 400, instead of using the paulstretch. I, again, did this with audacity and used my laptop to record it. Pretty good, i think.

The friday call to prayer in the old city of jerusalem recorded from the mount of olives. I only had a cheap digital audio recorder with me and processed the file using audition noise reduction tools. For uploading the file was compressed using quicktime. It's attenuated but i kind of like it.
