This is one coqui singing alone. The file was remasterize to eliminate other insects and noise sounds. Was recorded in the west of puerto rico island in the caribbean on june 19, 2022. A curiosity not too many people notice is that the individuals and species sing at different hours of the night and are affected by temperature and humidity. Rain increments the volume and intensity of frequency of the different species, some days one to 3 species can sing. Others you can hear up to 6 species in conjunction with other types of none arboreus frogs.

A plastic water pipe in the forest with a hole on top, sending a 2 meter high jet of water into the air. The water came pouring back down onto the plastic pipe. Recorded in stereo 24 bit 96 khz with the internal mics on a sony m10 with windjammer. Please use this sound for whatever you want, completely free, no restrictions. What happens to the stuff afterward is the thing that matters. Also, somebody would have to wanna help you out. Nobody like that around here. In the past somebody might have helped you out, if you were under any sort of attack. Today it's different. Everybody holds up a cellphone to see what they can capture, of whatever is happening to you. You're on your own.

Came up with this little thing on synthbass and it evolved to a scary bit of music that can be suited for anything dark and eerie. Made it in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I did some swishes myself using a spiral hose; i needed them for specific situations in video editing and the bamboo swishes i found here on freesound were too fast and strong. The flexible spiral hose made for some nice and slower swishes; some of the 16 sounds build up a little, some are very fast and strong, some soft and gentle. A whole pack for you to use. Recorded with a tascam dr-05 stereo (the movement always went from left to right); a little noise reduction in audacity.

Speed for this recording begins at about 12 fps. Microphone was facing the non-roller side of the projector, 30 cm away. Audio begins with power being turned on, ends with power being turned off. The end of the film leaves the gate at 4. 37 and becomes free of the last roller at 4. 40, when the motor speeds up. The speed and audio-level variations during recording occurred naturally.

Over 3 minutes of loud motorcycles streaming by revving their engines plus sirens and horns during an insane motorcade of bikes and choppers that temporarily took over streets of the westside highway. Sirens are not police but are from bikes in the motorcade. Includes people talking and crowd noise in the background, some distant helicopter and followed up by some very relaxing chimes in the park that's adjacent the highway. Recorded september 2022.

I had a little job which involved a cat drinking. . But first i had to record the bowl being put down. . . I placed the bowl down a few times - captured with correct room sound required. . To my amazement my cat decided to do somethign useful and actually came up to the bowl and started drinking the water. . . . . . Unfortunately i wasnt close mic'd - but my little booth is pretty quiet. . . . So thankyou oscar! you finally got a job to help pay for all those biscuits! technically he was no where near the large diaphragm cap mic , focusrite pre or motu 2408 :p.

An early spring bird-recording trip turned into a surprise, steady rain. (*actually, it should not have been a surprise, i just was too lazy to check the weather before i went out exploring nature!). I set up my zoom h4n recorder partially under a picnic table and recorded this wonderful, peaceful light rain falling in a small field of very large white pines, which were growing on a penninsula of a small lake. Every now and then you will hear a bird singing out. Again, recorded using my handy zoom h4n recorder with the built-in stereo microphones. Enjoy. Kevin.

I used audacity to record this sound with no editing. I used turtle beaches x12 to record. The sound was from an old antique wind-up toy mechanism (music box) that was made in japan. I covered the metal with my finger to change tone of the song. The song played on the music box was called "close to you". Acid bass: 110 bpm c2 note, not your typical saw/square basslines. High sweeping filters in parallel sampled in ableton using massive, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random presets, and very little other effects used, mostly so this sample can be re-sampled. 110 bpm so it can be pitched up which is usually better then having to pitch samples down. I made the recording in the town of denholm in scotland. In the recording you can hear fireworks, firecrackers. You can also hear the sounds of conversations in the crowd, screams of children, the sounds of a burning fire. On november 5 this year people across the uk light bonfires, let off fireworks, and burn effigies of a man named guy fawkes. The reason we do this is because it’s the anniversary of the gunpowder plot (1605); a failed attempt to blow up the houses of parliament in london by a group of dissident catholics.

This is something that my on-line teacher has me playing. I took up the guitar again and even though this is a short piece it has a certain beauty to it. It should be played faster, but i think it also sounds nice at this tempo. The recording has a hiss and i don't know why as my recorder is a yamaha pocketrak. I tried editing out the hiss in sound forge but it also took away some of the music sound, so this is it as recorded. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).
