A long trip with a touring bus from barcelona to germany. Recorded with mic of a sony xperia xz1 compact at 2:50 in the night, we are somewhere near lyon, the bus is driving approx 90km/h. This is one of the original tubular bells used by mike oldfield, possibly for the 1999 tour. Note: this bell is only a dummy bell. It was stuffed with foam and fitted with a transducer to trigger a sample. I took the foam out and gave it a thwack! great fun but it sounds absolutely terrible in my opinion.

Inside the old copper mine of falun/sweden, ca. 60m below ground, during a public tour. The recorder is situated near a subterranean waterfall, the crowd of tourists visiting the mine can be heard in the distance.
