This is the version with amplification added. I just felt the amplified version gave it more "umph" but decided to ultimately leave it up to whoever decides to use one of these sounds.

This is a recording done on top of castle hill of the ambience in cambridge. This was done for a radiophonic project for univeristy where my group created a soundwalk through cambridge up to castle hill. Feel free to use this for any project commerical or non commerical and link me to it so i can have a listen to it!.

Chinese flute loop from morphagene processed to rainforest atmosphere by makenoise and cortini´s strega. Strega is also being sequenced by rené. A little harder hitting than its sister track. Common terns are pale gray overall with a black cap. Breeding birds have a fully black cap that extends to the back of the neck and a gray belly. Terns comes from lac des chanteraines next to paris. I love listen to terns next to highway. It’s a pretty shocking contrast of noise pollution.

Whenever i use my usb stick, my computer always makes an awful noise. I decided to record it and see if any of you guys can make anything out of it. To me it sounds like some sort of aliens or robots talking to each other. The only editing done was noise removal to get rid of the fuzziness and amplification to make it a little bit louder. " to make it, you use a sample of a plane flying over, i used a 707, and a djm-500's pitch shifter fx. As the sample gets longer, turn the pitch to the high end, then to the low end. I use a screenreader, nvda. I decided to set it to the eti eloquence speech synthesizer and put the voice on the french voice. I then set the inflection to 50 and typed the letters "r" and "h" over and over to make it sound funny when it tries to read it. The first part is the normal voice, the second part i applied ring modulation with lots of lfo effect.

I discovered beepbox yesterday and decided to try it out, getting the melody as i went. This was the final result. I look forward to do more.
