I threw together a bunch of freesounds to create a rainforest with a babbling brook for use in my mp3 alarm clock. I figured i'd pop it up here for all to enjoy.
This is essentially a bass guitar with distortion with three layers of notes, merged together to make a "siren" of sorts. It can be used as a fire alarm, or maybe an alarm on a spaceship or ufo.
Made in ableton live, layered and processed together and assembled into a loop resembling automatic fire. Couple single shots with minor pitch differences in there for bonus.
A recording of two hands clapping together, hard, with very little reverb from the room. This was recorded on a very high-end dynamic microphone into a focusrite saffire interface. Recording three of three.

Sample 1 of a few horror-type sound effects i mixed together for something i. . . Don't particularly recall at the moment. Horribly generic, i know, but hey, there's got to be a variation.
Banging planks of wood together in my back garden. Audible bird noises in sound that will need to be removed. Raw audio, no edits. May be background noise.
I used various voice recordings of mine and mixed them all together to create the sound of a crowd of men talking. Thought it could be of use so here it is :).

This is a computer generated short sound clip. It sounds like someone with a mouthful of potato chips. It was created by modulating a few different pitch shifted sounds together.
Barefoot steps, with space put between the foot going down and coming up. This won't work for a natural gate, but should cut together easily to match steps. The louder sound is on the foot coming off the tile.
Rolling a single twenty-sided plastic die on a wooden desk, followed by two dice being shaken and rolled together on the same desk. Recorded with a zoom h6.
