Acid bass: 110 bpm c2 note, not your typical saw/square basslines. High sweeping filters in parallel sampled in ableton using massive, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random presets, and very little other effects used, mostly so this sample can be re-sampled. 110 bpm so it can be pitched up which is usually better then having to pitch samples down. Check out my songs on soundcloud :d.

Its a sine wave folded 4 times by a cgs inspired wavefolder module (kinda like the metalizer from the minibrute). The whole thing is then modulated with an external function generator that controls amount and frequency of modulation. This is what came out and it's pure junky drone noises, so goddamn nasty. Absolutely love them. Feel completely free to sample this and use it for your own purposes. This is a diy synthesizer i'm building and unfortunately it is still a prototype, but i'm gonna finish it soon and hope to sell it. Cool indeed, isn't it?.

A small, mechanical music box plays, slows down and stops. Synthesized sound with stereo light reverb effect. Duration 0'52". Three turns of a wooden boxed clockwork mechanical key followed by a bright, nonsensical music box tune. As the tune plays, the tempo slows down - gradually at first but becoming profoundly slower towards the end. Tune ends on a melancholic note mid phrase. Could be used as a standalone effect, or perhaps metaphorically as a cipher for the aging process and cessation of life. The clockwork key effect is a rapidly repeating single mechanical clock tick filtered to sound box-like. The sound of the music box tines was created with ni fm8 using four sinewave oscillators, one of which feeds back on itself to produce a hint of metallic ringing.

Made this in bitwig, i used 17 different layers to make this. A kick drum is added before the gunshot to add punch. Sub bass is synthesized for the deep lowend, 30-50hz. All layers were selected for certain frequencies using eq and then processed together with multiband compression. Shell sounds, mechanical noises were added for more depth. Using automation, the pitch, decay, and phase of every single layer used other than the subbass, morph to give life to the sound loop, and not sound robotic. Even though it "might" sound real, its an illusion of sounds being played from a midi clip. Enjoy.

I want you to compare this sound with:"electronic minute no 18 - vcv rack sqr sequencing"https://freesound. Org/people/gis_sweden/sounds/413520/in this sound, no 19, i use my modular synth. The sound is not as clean as in the virtual one. To some extent i blame my method of recording. . . Different oscillators sound different. Here i use a self oscillating filter. That produces a clean sinus wave. The cleanest sinus in my rack. But i guess the real thing is not perfect and that is what you are hearing? in neither of the patches i use a quantizer. . . (that's art :-)and, i almost forgot, i use a cheap analog delay pedal. Noisy. . .

A piece of music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt!. Feels a bit futuristic i think with sounds on keyboards and a bunch of robotic noises. Could be useful in anything dystopia, futuristic, dark, eerie, spooky, creepy, scary, horrific, mysterious, crime-ish, thrilling or whatever comes to mind. Modular synth patch where two envelopes are involved in a chase. There could have been a rhythm, but i let chaos disturb theharmony. The triangle wave sounds are "distorted" in a wave rectifier. Kind of metallic sound? interesting. The kind of patch only an owner to a modular synth findany interest in. Maybe a little more interesting then theprevious sound. . . This has an ambient feel. Why?answer: different wave forms, changed envelopes and reverb. A lot of reverb. Do you find any use for some part of this sound let me know!the "ground/root pith" is 122hz. . . Almost a b. . . But not really. I tune my oscillators without caring about "real" tones. The quantizer makes the steps between tones.

Did this in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. Had this beat in my head that i just had to do something with. After i put down the drums i added sounds with synthesizers to build it up and make it a bit mysterious. I also added a flute in the middle as a break before it continues again. Think it would be fine as a intro to something sassy and spooky. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Autumn forest wind. Heavy, fast gusty in tall pine trees. Some birds and raindrops. Soundscapes of natural white noise of moderate intensity. Some are stagnant or static and with few birds. The presents of the colourful red and yellow dry leaves that is still on the trees, creates the noise of the wind with rustling whispers. Is a constantly form of natural white noise that is always changing and evolving. These recordings is from my third attempt. I think it is very difficult to record the “spirit” and unique sound of the wind. This is pure natural wind sounds (no layering, no post-processing, no synthesizers). Originally recorded at 24 bit sony dat tcd-d7 on a sony ecm-909 microphone. Recorded in sweden september of 2007 in a wet cold beautiful colourful forest, with all kind of trees, far away from any traffic or human sounds.

This sound was created as follows:. -zynaddsubfx free (and insanely amazing) software synthesizer generated simple g tone using a sine-wave adsynth engine- creative sbs 250 speakers played it back distorting the sound naturally and adding some interesting stereo phasing effects (is that caused by analog signal cable being longer for one speaker?)- i was manually changing the volume using the speaker's potentiometer (whitch is dirty and added some interesting noises on the right speaker, and also at peak loudness during the 54th second the right speaker is quiet)- the output was captured by zoom h2's rear mics- and recorded via usb into audacity free audio editing program- i exported the recording as 16-bit flac.

In hinduism and its many derived views of life, there are a number of "realms", each with their own forms of consciousness. The oldest of these is the realm of the minerals, the stones. This is followed by plants, animals, humans, angels and gods. Each kingdom is divided into layers, in the human realm the "caste's" or social layers. Hindus believe that through good works you can be born in a higher caste or even realm in the next life. Among the people who belong to the caste of brahmans, the priestly caste, it happens that some have memories of many past lives. This track represents the connection between the heartbeat of a brahman priest during his meditation and his energetic vibrations, long time ago, as crystal. He discovers that time is an illusion and that all his lives are layers one on another creating a building, the shape of his eternal existence. He has yet to build further but is well on his way. Right now, he should not be proud, or in the next life he will be certainly no angel but falls back to a previous level.

Hey!. I've made this for a friend's project. But the project is now stalled, so i decided to release my work to the world. The sound is created with multiple layers of zynaddsubfx digital synthesizer. Sequenced and rendered using lmms. This was my first serious attempt at creating high-quality game sounds. I've spend quite some time refining and adding detail to the sounds, so they are rich and convincing. I hope this is a production at top level, that could be used in a commercial motion picture. Have i reached my goal?. If you want to use them, you'll need to edit it by yourself :). There are several different firing sounds, laser beams, discharge, sounds of plasma projectiles hitting a wall etc. . . Have fun and don't forget to give me a credit and link to this page!.

Pistol fired outdoors with ricochet. Single shot, fairly close, with fast fadeout. Narrow stereo image, no panning, almost monophonic. Wholly synthesized. No weapon was fired in the making of this sound. It's an emulated sound effect of a sidearm gunshot with a cliche ricochet sound, like in the vintage western movies and ww2 films that they showed on tv when i was a kid. Can be used in a game, perhaps, or a none-too-serious vidclip. The sound of the pistol cartridge explosion is default flstudio kick, clap and snare slowed right down. A single tap of delay is added to lend an impression of echo off a middle distance hard surface. The ricochet noise was made with sytrus running as a vsti inside flstudio. It took an entire day of head scratching, oscillator tweaking and envelope mangling to get something that reasonably resembles a sound that i recall from the old movies. I think i'll shoot myself before i try something like this again. :). Plus the usual flstudio compressors, eq, reverb and delay - nothing tricky, just standard stuff.

90 beats, beeps and blurts culled from freesound. Org's public domain uploads. Also, 13 sounds culled from freepd. Com which are public domain as well. All in one file, separated with cue points that have file info. Easiest way to sort it out is to use a sound editor that can separate the files by cue points into one folder. Mono 44k and mostly 140 bpm, should be fun for rave tracks. Since these are public domain, you are not required to give credit for any of the sounds (including this collection), but if you want to thank an artist and/or tell them where you used it, just copy/paste the file name into freesound's search field and it will help you find the file page. Important:if you intend to register a copyright with the government for works you created using public domain sounds, you must indicate them in the application process (limit of claims section) because you cannot copyright public domain sounds.

I made this one a morning while having a cup of strong java. It's done in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. Made a drumbeat with open hi-hat. After 4 rounds the hi-hat closes and a cowbell comes in. Did a bassline to go with the beat. Then i added instruments on top of that. Starts out pretty mellow in minor, dark. Then builds up with the bass, and after that a loud synthesizer and back to a more mellow part. I think it's a bit spacey/sci-fi. That's why i named it "exit planet terror". But it will definately work to most anything. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Formatted for use in the make noise morphagene eurorack module. These recordings were taken from 28 self generating custom unit patches i designed on the er301 eurorack module called autogen301. The sounds have elements of glitch, church organs, melodic phrases, zaps, abstract clicks and alien sounds inspired by buchla, serge and ciat lonbarde instruments. Some cafe ambience severely altered with blok modular fx. Was originally a long jam cut up into a bunch of individual files but i figured searching through them would be a pain so i merged them back into one file. So listen through and pick the sounds you like with a wav editor, or enjoy it in its own regard as abstract sound sculpture or something. I don't want to divulge too much of what the patch looked like but it random note values with each keyboard press which were then ran through a waveshaper. Later on i add some reverb and use various things to alter the panning for some strange stereo effects. Edit: you might want to use a dc eliminator on the samples because the waveshaper creates some dc offset (basically useless low/zero frequency noise for those not in the know). But maybe it has some aesthetic value for you to keep it intact? you decide. Http://www. Meldaproduction. Com/plugins/product. Php?id=mutility this free vst has a dc eliminator included.

I have built a nonlinearcircuits sloth lfo, the regular version. Sloth is a chaotic lfo. The output is based on the lorenz system. It is a system of ordinary differential equations. It is notable for having chaotic solutions for certain parameter values and initial conditions. In particular, the lorenz attractor is a set of chaotic solutions of the lorenz system which, when plotted, resemble a butterfly or figure eight (very much from wikipedia). The sloth has two outputs x and y. Think of them as coordinate pairs. The output will probably never repeat itself but there is a pattern. I have built the regular sloth it usually takes approx 15 seconds to make a rough figure 8, one cycle in the “butterly”. The knob changes the chaotic pattern. At some settings the signals will spend more time in one strange attractor than the other. Now i’m testing the module in different ways. In this sound i have connected white noise to a filter. The filter frequency is controlled by sloth (x output). In this patch i have set the initial frequency at 12 o'clock. . . The output sound from filter goes to reverb.

A third version of https://www. Freesound. Org/people/gis_sweden/sounds/352940/. Now i let the alm pip slope affect a filter. I play a little sequence made with cvlfo , clock divider, attenuverter, quantiziser. The way i usually do…. But the interesting thing is the cvad (?) voltage controllable envelope generator. But in the case of alm pip slope you just control attack and decay. Seems to be enough. As in the other versions of this sound i connect one lfo to attack and a second lfo to decay. But this time i connect the vcad to control the frequency of a filter. Interesting. I wish i had two more cvlfos… should open up for rhythmical usage. I use no vca or adsr. I have connected the vco straight to the vcf and the vcf to mixer. In the beginning i have the frequency pot at 2 a clock then i gradually move it clock wise and let the vcad take control. 1 minute in the pot is fully clock wise. The vco is playing a sawtooth wave. If you dl and inspect the wave you can see that in the beginning and the end it is a sawtooth wave, but in the middle part the filter affects the wave form.

I used audacity to synthesize the five-tone chime made by the montreal metro's jeumont train element 41. Backstory: the train itself was an mr-63 type train modified by canron circa 1971, adding a current chopper to the train's started system. The chopper produced an 'idle' tone at around 45 hz, and as the train departed, five tones at frequencies of 90, 120, 180, 240, and 360 hz. Originally there were 3 'elements' (a set of 2 motor cars and 1 trailer car) with the jeumont-schneider current chopper (element 40, made up of cars 81-579, 80-040, and 81-580; element 41, made up of cars 81-581, 80-041, and 81-582; and element 42, made up of cars 81-583, 80-042, and 81-584). During the early 2000s refurbishments, element 40 was retired from service to provide spare parts for the other elements, which were then connected with elements of 'normal' mr-63 trains. Only the 81-579 car remains from element 40. Element 41 and element 42 were then retired in 2018 when the other mr-63 trains were retired.

I was just going through my sounds, when i decided "hey. . . I'm gonna release this. " so here you all go! i'm really proud of how this turned out. This, as you can tell, is a deep eerie ambience loop. It can be used for anything you want. I like to leave things up to the imagination of the audience. How it was made:. Software used:-fl studio 20-harmor-harmless-fruity parametric eq 2-valhallaroom. So basically what i did was get a low pitch sawtooth waveform, put it through some effects like harmonization, a low pass filter with high resonance, a phaser, and a load of distortion. The main synth is made with harmor. (yes, this is all one synth. It just has a lot of dynamics. ) i then processed it with some eqing. What made this sound what it is would be the reverb. I put 2 layers of valhallaroom on the synth. One has a very short decay time, and gives it texture. The other gives it the atmosphere. To add some more depth, for the final touch, i layered a sub-bass underneath it. Which is just a low sine-wave with reverb on it, which i used harmless to make. I hope you enjoy this!.

My first upload! this sound i made using the zmors synth on my ipad air2 - i used audiobus which is a great routing software allowing many of a lot of awesome sounding synths that are now on ipad and can be played professionally via a usb keyboard controller (very handy for gigging) okay this is getting too wordy. . . I used audiobus overall with zmors in the first slot being routed through the wonderful aufx eq app in the center (effects) slot then ran the most useful of all ---> audioshare app in the 3rd or output slot to record it all. . . Keep in mind that the number of devices you can run in these three slots is virtually limitless - as much as your device can handle so you can get really nuts with several synths, a drum machine, etc all routing to the middle (fx) stop in the chain and picking up a fat 3 or 4 nice sounding effects devices then on to output to audioshare or you can now use just audioshare as host and run zmors in it directly (and probably more smoothly). I chose zmors because on a couple of other ipads (ipad mini, ipad 2 especially, and ipad air a little bit) i was noticing that it was a resource hog and was not playing correctly or there was a huge lag in the latency so with the new(er) ipad air 2 i wanted to hear the zmors synth and it really is an underappreciated majestic sounding beast if you ask me. I am going to experiment further with it as the unique architecture and just the way it sounds is totally different from any other synth i've yet to hear on ipad or in general. It kind of reminds me of a fatter, more modern. Sequential circuits 6 track. Which i've had a couple of and have a thick layered sound - kind of like a really nice turkey sandwich with a good portion of swiss cheese then you notice that there's still some roast beef left and put a good amount of that between bread as well. Hell, that's a sandwich that's gonna be filling! thanks for reading.

Magnus choir is a vst, vst3 and audio unit virtual instrument which can be used to create natural and synthetic choirs. The male and female choruses combine to form a mixed choir, featuring the classic satb (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) structure: women sing soprano and alto, while men sing tenor and bass. Versatile to generate a wide spectrum of choirs, vocal textures, choral pads and voices with modulation capabilities for a new level of realism in digital sound creation. • 54 preset sounds ready to use, including a vast array of natural and synthetic sounds, from oohs, aahs, men and women in mixed choirs to the celestial choir of angels, reso pads, dark atmos, creepy voices, ambient ghostly and birdsong effects, as well as cinematic and soundscapes. 01. - abbey ghost02. - ad infinitum formant03. - ad libitum chorale04. - aeternus lux lucis05. - alchemical signals06. - angelic vox07. - angels between us08. - apocalyptic chamber09. - astral singers10. - aurum vox pad11. - birds sonic sweep12. - caelestis kingdom13. - celestial choir14. - choral ensemble15. - choralis pad16. - cinematic padilius17. - cosmic odyssey voice18. - cryogenic dimension19. - dark cantus20. - digital voice21. - dystopian chorus22. - elves land23. - enchanted goblins24. - ethereal voices25. - guardians of limbo26. - lost souls in the dark27. - male & female aahs28. - morph dreams29. - morphed vowels30. - mystical vowels31. - nebula dark atmos32. - necromancer summons33. - neo choir34. - octave aahs choir35. - octave vox pad36. - oniric sequences37. - oohs choir38. - psychedelic vox39. - psychomanteum reso40. - quasi spatial voices41. - relaxing paradise42. - restless spirits43. - sanctus holy chant44. - sonorous skies45. - sopranvox c4-c646. - spatiotemporal atmos47. - spectral hell48. - synthetic chorus49. - synthesized vocals50. - underworld embryos51. - vinyl chorus52. - voices in the mist53. - vowelled soundscape54. - vox vocis texture. • low frequency oscillator section: these knobs apply modulation to the selected instrument. By using the lfo to modulate various aspects of the audio signal, you can apply effects such as vibrato or tremolo. • adsr envelope generator with attack, sustain, decay and release parameters. • pitch bend: the pitch bend knob directly changes the pitch of the selected instrument. • reverb built-in: provides a spaciousness and depth to simulate the sound reflections from walls, floors and ceilings following a sound created in an acoustically reflective environment. Small rooms can be modeled as well as large spaces. • filter section: with filter type box for low pass filter and high pass filter. • amplitude range parameters: it controls the loudness, the way in which we perceive amplitude. The sensitivity level is set by the user. • panning potentiometer control. • midi cc automation: implementation of midi continuous controller parameters for use with external hardware control via daw.

Sounds of orchestral drums that can be used for film scoring or making other kinds of soundtrack music. Begins with oneshots, there's also rolls, accents and phrases. This is synthesized with zynaddsubfx. Sequenced and rendered with lmms, eqd, normalized and edited with audacity. Paste the following text into a text file and import that as labels in audacity, you can then export multiple files from this one and have them properly named. A neat trick to put order into this sample collection, quickly (i did the hard work for you), it alsow is much easier to uplaod multiple files i this way, as describing them all would take ages. 0. 000000 30. 545306 oneshots 0130. 545306 61. 272766 oneshots 0261. 272766 92. 018435 oneshots 0392. 018435 123. 000884 oneshots 04123. 000884 153. 710113 oneshots 05153. 710113 184. 692562 oneshots 06184. 692562 244. 690340 oneshots 07244. 690340 304. 360249 oneshots 08304. 360249 309. 860952 roll short 01309. 860952 314. 924512 roll short 02314. 924512 320. 060930 roll short 03320. 060930 325. 124490 roll short 04325. 124490 330. 333787 roll short 05330. 333787 335. 506621 roll short 06335. 506621 340. 706803 roll short 07340. 706803 350. 915896 roll decelerating 01350. 915896 361. 115873 roll decelerating 02361. 115873 371. 534422 roll decelerating 03371. 534422 381. 989410 roll decelerating 04381. 989410 392. 189388 roll decelerating 05392. 189388 402. 498662 roll decelerating 06402. 498662 414. 647574 roll decelerating 07414. 647574 422. 752925 roll long 01422. 752925 430. 803628 roll long 02430. 803628 438. 854331 roll long 03438. 854331 446. 795737 roll long 04455. 101429 463. 152132 roll glide up 01463. 152132 471. 202834 roll glide up 02471. 202834 479. 326395 roll glide up 03479. 326395 487. 413537 roll glide up 04487. 413537 495. 500658 roll glide up 05495. 500658 503. 587800 roll glide down 01503. 587800 511. 565646 roll glide down 02511. 565646 519. 652766 roll glide down 03519. 652766 527. 776327 roll glide down 04527. 776327 535. 972744 roll glide down 05535. 972744 542. 019887 phrase a 01542. 019887 548. 176304 phrase a 02548. 176304 554. 296281 phrase a 03554. 296281 560. 379841 phrase a 04560. 379841 566. 463401 phrase a 05566. 463401 574. 696258 phrase a 06574. 696258 578. 666961 accent 01578. 666961 582. 819819 accent 02582. 819819 586. 899796 accent 03586. 899796 590. 761224 accent 04590. 761224 594. 768367 accent 05594. 768367 600. 997642 accent 06600. 997642 606. 316213 phrase b 01606. 316213 611. 634762 phrase b 02611. 634762 617. 026190 phrase b 03617. 026190 622. 344762 phrase b 04622. 344762 630. 431882 phrase b 05630. 431882 635. 714014 glide up 01635. 714014 640. 959728 glide up 02640. 959728 646. 387574 glide up 03646. 387574 651. 669705 glide up 04651. 669705 657. 061134 glide up 05657. 061134 662. 416122 glide up 06662. 416122 667. 698254 glide down 01667. 698254 673. 089683 glide down 02673. 089683 678. 444671 glide down 03678. 444671 683. 799660 glide down 04683. 799660 689. 045374 glide down 05689. 045374 695. 071319 glide down 06703. 454324 711. 891179 roll long 05711. 891179 720. 076735 roll long 06720. 076735 728. 540499 roll long 07728. 540499 733. 672177 wobble 01733. 672177 739. 129206 wobble 02739. 129206 744. 406735 wobble 03744. 406735 749. 731383 wobble 04749. 731383 755. 116599 wobble 05755. 116599 761. 650683 wobble 06.
