A la Nanita Nana, is an eighteenth-century Spanish Christmas carol here performed by the chorus of U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own", led by Colonel Thomas Rotondi, Jr. (Leader & Commander) and CSM Debra L. McGarity (Command Sergeant Major) c. 2010. It is done bilingually, first in Spanish, then in English. The English translation appears to have been done in house by the Army, as I can find no evidence of any other usage. CSM Debra L. McGarity Modifications Levels adjustment - a basic linear tweak, with the lower notes being slightly quieter and the higher notes slightly louder. Also removed a slight tapping noise in the beginning, before the singing starts.
Author: Tune is traditional (18th-century) U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" (performer, also apparently the translator). Modifications by Adam Cuerden at en.wikipedia

Nearly three minutes of blackbird song. This file has been condensed (the time between song phrases is shorter than the natural interval). I have made every attempt to screen out other background noise (including painstakingly removing the song of most other birds) recorded in la drova (spain) and so this bird will have a spanish accent!.

Then we can hear a voice saying "run!" in spanish, because the liquid inside the bottle is falling down. Then, listening carefully we can hear the liquid going out of the bottle and then some amount of applauses and laugh. In prague march 2015.

A clean raw stereo recording of about a thousand people chatting with each other. Includes distinct dialogue in american english, iberian spanish, french and other languages. Recorded in stereo on an h4n. The microphone was positioned inside the crowd. Recorded in a big space with huge ceilings--would be suitable for a theatre, auditorium, rally, sports game, etc. , but an experienced editor might be able to make this into an outdoor scene as well. There might be minimal handling noise.

I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, inland in the desert, morning with the wind blowing the sand, desert mountains all around just like the wild west. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. They are as big and as high quality as i can make. Please comment :).

Footsteps. . . Note:. These are no field recordings but handmade walking sounds in different speeds and manners intended for game creation. Most of them you can loop. They are recorded as dry as possible so you should add the ambience you like. How to make these:. 1. First empty two bottles of the famous spanish brandy lepanto. 2. Keep the korks - they have a very special sound different from the korks of wine bottles. 3. Then, if you're still able to hit (maybe you shouldn't drink the brandy alone and at once), fill things in a flat bowl or a plate - f. E. Pepper grains or salt. 4. Step the korks in the bowl and record it. You may also - as i did - step the korks on other things like a ventilator. 5. Compress the sounds hard but limit them to -4 db (as they sound not naturally if they are to loud).

11/29/2018 - burbank, california. Rain, flooding, and mudslides come to california when a sudden storm hit today. Most people got off the freeways quickly and tried to protect their homes from water damage. This recording was recorded with a zoomh4npro (2018) set at 120 degree field-pattern mode. The zoom was placed on a tripod facing out a 3rd floor window into a dead-end alleyway below. This recording is great atmospheric sound. The water can be heard trickling off spanish tile rooftops and dripping from overflowing terracotta pots. From the passing cars on a distant highway, to the occasional cough of a homeless gentleman walking on the street below, this recording is genuine and clean. Imagine adding that sound of a metal garbage can and a shrieking cat in the night! a sound that's great for sleeping or portraying a dark alley in gotham!. Enjoy!. Christopher c. Courter.

The first sunday of may is the international dawn chorus day! on the 3rd of may 2020, artists and field recordists in different parts of the world recorded the birdsong around the time of the local sunrise, and then the sounds were put together in a synchronous collage. The sounds you hear in the recording at the same time happened at the same time, but not necessarily in the same place: for example, you can hear owls calling in the spanish night at almost the same time as kookaburras in the australian day. Many thanks to all contributors!. Part 1: 2nd may 2020, 19:55 - 23:30 gmt. Karthic ss, dunedin, new zealand (also part of the reveil7 podcast) https://soundcloud. Ringmodulated inversion of my speech from the file https://freesound. Org/people/kb7clx/sounds/648443/ invertedspeechcq. Wav. I took the raw recording and used goldwave's mechanize effect to translate my voice to a center frequency of 14khz. I then demodulated it first at 10. 6 and then 10. 2khz meaning that what comes out is essentially the opposite sideband, offset by 3. 4 and 3. 8khz respectively. 3khz just didn't sound as good. The first i filtered with a low pass of 2. 9khz, the second was filtered to below 3. 4khz to emulate a communications receiver passband. I am speaking upside down as described in this video. Https://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=q_ykxzcbh-g beginning at 00:03:16. Being blind i can't see their diagram, but i've got my own by ear intuitive method, keeping in mind that oo and ee are farthest from each other, all other vowells get closer the closer they are to the middle of the human voice frequency range. I say: huhlay sue quee, sue quee, sue quee do ux. Cahlloong sue quee sue quee sue quee do ux. The ay in huhllay is like when a spanish speaker says béisbol (baseball). The a in cahlloong is like the a in cat if you're opening wide for the doctor. The oo is like the oo in book. Listen to the other file and you'll hear: hello cq cq cq dx. Calling cq cq cq dx.
