A sort of renaissancey version of the first two lines of ding dong merrily on high, composed on cubase with samples from the edirol orchestral plug in (a bit of harp, french horn, alto flute and violin with kettle drum and sleigh bell percussion). This was for the intro to a radio sketch but hopefully could be useful for other theme setting. Sorry in advance for not doing the whole song.

Sorry for messy title. I don't know what to call this one. To me it sounds like a siren (mythological creature). Or funeral music. It's a really old recording, so quality may be really bad, but it's one of my favourites. Please credit me if you use! thanks!.

Urban rooster from portland, or calls at 0:01, 1:20, 3:08, and 5:25 with an array of sounds in between: airplanes overhead, cars driving by, assorted bird chirps and caws, and even some wind boom-noise to play with. An accidental bump of the mic at 0:08 (sorry) should be the only major blemish in an otherwise funny first field-recording.

This is the sound of my alarm clock beeping. In my opinion, it's one of the worst alarm clock sounds in the world, with a horrible, grating alarm sound. Sorry about the part where i yell at my crew, and the dialogue about the shower curtain. Also when i say "yeah, bitches. " it had been a long day on set.

Assorted chord oneshots played on a piano that i found at the university of sydney back in 2014. Recorded in 96 khz for the heck of it, using a rode nt6 condenser microphone and a zoom h4n recorder. Sorry but i do not remember the chords and i am not musical enough to figure them out for the file names, but they are most likely all played on the white keys.

H.M.S. Pinafore performed with the following cast: Willie Rouse (Sir Joseph Porter, K.C.B.) Harry Dearth (Captain Corcoran/Boatswain's Mate) Walter Hyde (Ralph Rackstraw) Harry Thornton (Dick Deadeye) Alfred Cunningham (Dick Deadeye/Boatswain's Mate) W. Anderson (Carpenter's Mate) Elsa Sinclair (Josephine/Cousin Hebe) Ada Florence (Mrs. Cripps, called "Little Buttercup") Miss Burnett (Cousin Hebe) There is some disagreement about who the performers are in various parts, as explained by Mark Shepherd. Not to be confused with the Russell Hunting/Sterling selections from Pinafore dating from the same year and using some of the same performers. The performance cuts the overture, the entr'acte, "A British Tar" and part of the Act I finale. Some portions are transposed from their original keys.

I was playing with my mixed-breed dog, mia, the other day, and so recorded her doing things. Running around, barking, panting, etc. Sorry for the handleing noise and other unwanted noises you might find throughout the recording; i didn't even plan to record but then i thought why not, so i was unprepared. Sorry for the lack of uploads. (you probably don't care, but i'm just sayin'. ) i'll try to be more active on this site from now on. But anyways, here's a realistic gun shot sound i made. I made it by recording a huge firework explosion, speeding it up, adding a little bit of modified reverb, and some amplifying. I made this in audacity.

Sorry for the length but i figured it would be most useful if you could cut and mix it up for different sounds since there are a many different types. Tunnel, terrestrial, horns, door bell, door actions etc. Recorded from the second car.
