A fidgety drum and bass loop with a cowbell, a bunch of claps, shakers and tambourines, arranged in fl studio, run through fl studio's gross beat plugin, which was set to 1/2 speed slow, and this is what the original and the processed drumloop sound like combined.

Made using a logic x. Cant beat a good arpeggiator. I put this together for a cheesy action movie style entrance after the hero is presumed dead but makes a dramatic return with plenty of smoke and back lighting. Enjoy.

I'm trying to create an intense plasma burst for a project i'm working on, and i found two great sounds from users chipfork (https://freesound. I decided to take the charge from chipfork's and slow it down and the burst from john129pats' and give it a bit more bass and some reverb, resulting in exactly what i need.

A plastic bag, paper wrapper and other materials were recorded individually being rubbed. I then layered them in audacity to be played over each other. From the resulting layered sound i generated this 10 second loop. Sounds like a mellow rain upon the ground or a slow crackling fire. Simple patch. Two oscillators, ring modulation, lfos, vcas and digital effects. No spring reverb this time. Important module is the clock divider. Result a generative ambient patch and sound. I took the sound "arpasauro atmo" from thalamus_lab and stretched it + fading in and out, because i needed a longer version. I just love the atmosphere it creates! the gong at the beginning transmuted into some kind of a mystical choir and at the end the short squeaking turned into some kind of a slow door groan. . I cut out some parts of the "badoink audacity base loop" (id:540779) and did my best to make a simple song using only audacity. It wasn't easy lol, i used several effects from audacity itself: reverb, echo, pluck, distortion, equalization, amplify, change speed, change pitch and tone generator. The end result is not a masterpiece, but it was nice to participate in this challenge, thanks badoink.

Coming hair: you can hear the typical crunch of tangled hair being combed out. You can hear the hairbrush gliding through the hair. It varies in tempo and rhythm to add realism to this sound. I typed quite slow in the beginning if you need to edit out and synch with your footage, if you just want typing sound in the background i think the best is in the end of the clip. The mouse clicking comes later in the clip. I've mixed it a bit but might need more mixing. I was messing around with some voice effects and somehow ended up with this growl. It sounds like a noise a dinosaur or dragon would make. Or like a clicker from "the last of us.
