This is some small patterns i made and mixed basic filters time pitch all accross and finally put some bells with a very very short programmed arpeggiator. You will not hear the arpeggiator over all the other effects ;).

Generated in audacity by applying the vocoder effect to a sine-wave tone from a spoken work, "yes", recording and then removing the voice component. Recorded on my zoom h4n 44100 hz stereo. This is a short clip of my 11 year old son playing basketball in the driveway at our house. There is ambient road noise. It starts off with a swish, then some dribbling then another swish. This is a rubber basketball bouncing on asphalt with a metal rim, nylon net and wooden backboard.

Sounds of an old hard disk drive from 2005 (hitachi). You hear starting of the spinning noise and the heads rumbling when data is read and written. I started a short defragmenting to make the disk noisy. Recorded with a roland r-05.

This sound is made up with 3 differents sounds :. - the first is a 440hz sinusoide with a phaser effect during the entire time of the sound. - the second is a 440hz sawtooth with a wahwah effect during the entire time of the sound. - the third is a 440hz square whistle with a reverse direction. Also, i increased the speed of these sounds and i repeated them 3 times for a duration of 3 seconds approximately.

The oud is an oriental instrument,which is being played at egypt,syria ,palestine,maroc,algeria,jordania. Greece etc. . . It is the predecessor of the european lute,but sounds quite different. The original samples are very short. I put them into my akai 2000,looped them and tried to give them a synthetic decay. The file contains a collection of twenty different samples,arranged from d 1 to f 3.

I was walking my dog next to a highway, which was elevated thirty feet above me. Thinking to record traffic i turned on my recorder. Suddenly a thrown beer bottle arced across the sky and smashed on a rock embankment, not ten feet from me. One might record a better bottle break, but this one was quite immediate, and thus, short.
