Mono recording with rode nt1000. It's done indoors, by the window, with the window open, pointing outside. In the first plane you'll have birds (portugal), then mild rain and some far away thunder. Some thunders are closer, pretty clear and loud. Be ware for some of my movement sounds, you may need to edit.

There is a man in besiktas ferry port. He sits and plays trumpet between üsküdar port and kadıköy port. I saw him there couple times. So he belongs that place in a sense. I added flanger at two point just for my taste :) recorded by zoom h6 with internal xy mic on last quarter of 2019.

This sound was from a live video feed on a social media broadcast. At some point the audio just got caught into a feedback loop that lasted for a bit. I thought it sounded interesting and saved it. Has kind of a laser or phaser cannon kind of thing going on. Perhaps an alert sound of some sort. Probably many possibilities for usage.

Quiet time of day, recorder placed in cardboard box in a cupboard and covered with clothing. As in title and file info, low cut 40hz, 16 bit, 44. 1 khz. I didn't see any point in going below a 70% gain level as it's not too bad at those levels.

Well, the closest i could get, anyway. Technically, it's a banana. One sudden peel, truncated, modified and reversed in various ways until it sounded (to me) like it could vaguely represent the sound of sewing. . . . Not that sewing by hand actually makes much of a sound. Recorded for the point-and-click adventure game, "the beard in the mirror": http://store. Steampowered. Was never told what place this was, just that it was the "little town' and i suspect at this point we were on the oka river. Making whistling sounds with blades of grass. May 1992.

This is a recording made in the living room of my apartment in the province of rieti in italy, while i'm having fun flying my wave razor drone and making it do a little running and even a little somersault all over the room, only that at a certain point i had not noticed that i had moved away a little too much, in fact you hear a crash. This recording was done with an asus stereo cellphone.

A recording made near monument creek. I needed to block wind noise and so there are strange fluctuations with the eq, although maybe this is a feature and not a bug for someone out there. I walked away from the rapids until i was about twenty feet away. At one point, a helicopter passed over, and you may hear a motorcycle ride by.

This recording was made with an iphone 4s fitted with a tascam condenser stereo microphone in an asian restaurant in bern. We hear the sound of the restaurant with people eating and chatting while the open kitchen is busy washing and preparing dishes. One of the bus boys is singing to himself, which can be heard dimly and at some point a bell strikes a few times.

This is a knife i use often at my workplace cutting different materials. It’s called an ofla knife- they’re pretty small and can retract and come back out again with a drag of a switch. This is me dragging that switch up and down, slowly for each individual tick and then all at once. I know in this recording the background isn’t completely silent, i’ll try to reupload a recording when it is at some point.

Playing tabletennis on a nice sunny day at a playground in leipzig. The table is pretty old and made out of metal and concrete. The net is out of metal. Sometimes the ball hits it with a "pong". Recorded with a zoom h2 in 360-mode. Edited the mics pointing to the table a liitle louder and used very little noise reduction to reduce the wind noises a bit. Kids roaming around and the balls are flying! *sigh* i love those days.

nothing to wear. it's a phrase used sometimes by those wishing to make a point, and some, like me, wouldn't see any risk involved. Really was nothing, maybe a bad habit. Once again, not even socks. Recording of a fairly boisterous stream near my house. It has a lot of motion due to the fact that a branch was caught on the bank of the stream which was being pulled about in different directions resulting in different rates of flow and a varying sound. Some light wind at a couple of points, should be fairly easily edited/eq'd out. Recorded with a rode ntg-2 and zoom h2. Please let me know what you use it for!.

. . . Yeah, it's pretty gross sounding. But maybe that's just what you're looking for! Inspired by ben croshaw's point 'n' click horror adventure games, i decided i'd try and see if i can make my own creepy whispers using audacity. This is basically some whispered lines and some really low-volume screams superimposed on one another, with some of these lines reversed. I made this on march 2012 and was recorded on my netbook's slightly damaged built-in mic.

This sound was recorded with a cm25 mkii condenser microphone, connected to a focusrite scarlett interface. The daw in which it was recorded is ardour and a guitar effects vst was used to add some distortion and delay. It was created with a photoresistor and a led lamp. The microphone was placed pointing towards one of the edges of the monitor, so as not to emphasize the treble and to balance more with the mids. At times it can sound like a guitar with floyd rose doing dive bombs. Translated with www. Deepl. Com/translator (free version).

I play three notes on tenor trombone: Bb3, Bb2 and Bb1. They are all in first position. The first two notes are in the standard range of the trombone, while the last note is a pedal tone. This occurs when the instrument resonates at the fundamental, rather than the 2nd harmonic. Pedal Bb is relatively easy on trombone, but much harder on trumpet (I'm unable to do it, despite being proficient at trumpet and at a beginner's level on the trombone).

I made this pad sound by starting with a traditional saw wave and mixing various effects together such as reverb and chorus. The wav file also has pre-defined loop points that can be used in samplers that support the functionality. Note: there is a slight static noise that is present when the sound is played through the freesound player on the website, however, the static is not present when played outside of the freesound audio player. Made with fl studio 11. Enjoy!.

90 beats, beeps and blurts culled from freesound. Org's public domain uploads. Also, 13 sounds culled from freepd. Com which are public domain as well. All in one file, separated with cue points that have file info. Easiest way to sort it out is to use a sound editor that can separate the files by cue points into one folder. Mono 44k and mostly 140 bpm, should be fun for rave tracks. Since these are public domain, you are not required to give credit for any of the sounds (including this collection), but if you want to thank an artist and/or tell them where you used it, just copy/paste the file name into freesound's search field and it will help you find the file page. The sound of a bright march morning featuring cardinals, robins announcing their territory, and wrens. The temperature was right at 50 degrees with no wind. I made this recording with my marantz pmd661 using two samson co-2 microphones. , pointed 180 degrees apart to gather as much sound as i could. The sound was sometimes a cacophony as it seemed all of the neighborhood birds were so happy that spring is finally here, many times they were all singing at once. !.

This is a recording made just outside my window. A helicopter flew over just a minute later, twice! i used a cheap large diaphragm condensor mic, with a plastic bendable tube around it, pointing just outside of my window. This created a cool midrangy-resonant-combfilter kind of sound. Gear used: cheap ldc -> m-audio dmp3 -> terratec ewx2496. This is for the earthfirewindwater contest. It is a 2:08 minute long, stereo 24/44 wave file.

You've been the target of an attack, and you're at the local city precinct. I'd always thought the police had a blanket in the car. Not sure why. One reaches a point where it no longer matters. Getting there can be accelerated if your rescuer arrives without thinking to bring along something, anything for you to wear home.

A recording made around 5 am in early april. . . . The peaceful but yet exhilirating ambience of spring birds and crickets. There is an ocassional cricket who sounds like he literally must have been sitting point-blank in front of my microphone - a great surprise, you can literally hear his wings stridulating. Recorded using the handy zoom h4n and the built-in stereo mics.
