Mic was positioned right in a frame of an open window so that it won't get flood from a heavy rain and pick up much room reflections. My flat where i recorded from was on 4th floor. There was a busy street 50m far from the apartment building itself, a bit further there was a park. Rain at that night was heavy. For those curious, here are the steps. * i took the file into reaper, and slowed the file's playback rate to 31% of the original. * i then duplicated the file three times, for a total of 4 tracks. * track 1 (lowish gas-burner sound):- reverb (drum-room impulse response, a medium-sounding reverb with a slight deadness to it. Mid/side recording of my stomach after having a fizzy drink. I laid down and placed the zoom h2n directly on my stomach. All kinds of stomach ejactulations can be heard in addition to my heartbeat. Raw 24/96 ms recording; be sure to decode before use. Left channel is mid, right is side. To do this manually you should separate the channels to two mono tracks, duplicate the side track and invert the duplicate. Pan the side tracks hard left and right, and mix with the mono mid channel.
