This is an old toy made of metal. It has a handle on top which turns to produce the sound. It is supposed to play a simple melody but it is broken and only plays one pitch.

A little scary sumthin' sumthin' i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. It starts with a steady drumbeat before the main melody comes in, played on a kid piano. For some reason toy instruments are the spookiest. Woohaa!i put some chords in a lot of reverb between that repeating melody. I simply took guitar sample and edited it, then i added an interesting sound sample and made sweet melody with some plugins. The soft which i used is just fl studio. This sound is about 2010.
