It actually wasn't cutting anything but it is the sound of an electric hair trimmer being turned on, running and turned off; then placed on the counter. I held it in my hand and turned it this way and that to emulate the sound that may be made during use.

Edited a default preset in bk-synthlab's free "vs-1 oscilloscope" synth and hooked it up with a free midi sequencer vst (hyperion) and placed thrillseekervbl on the master. This was done using headphones back then so the sound may not be optimal on some playback devices.

On may 25, 2020, amy cooper refused to leash her dog in a popular birdwatching spot in central park, nyc. Christian cooper, a birdwatcher, asked her to put her dog on its leash. She refused and made a false call to 911 that mr. Cooper was threatening her.
