I've recorded a man saying ''aló'' (or ''allô'') in a creepy way with my phone. I slowed it down and added some effects to make it weirder.

This is a weird 3 second tune. I don't know how i made it, i just found it in one of my samples folders. Its kinda got that "too happy" sound to it.

Imagine if you will, a 100hp+ 2t22-like omnidirectional siren with an array of hi-lo ship horns, not a sound i'd want to hear at 3am!.

I played a staccato chord into a reverb unit with an infinite delay time. The signal from the reverb was sampled into an akai s612, looped and then resampled into the computer.

I boosted some 'ugly' harmonics so you can adapt it as best as your mixes need it. Similarity: i'd say it sound like, known in videogames, a sub-machine gun; a small full-auto gun. Like a p90 from cs:go or a msmc from cod:bo 2.
