This is a recording of a lot of morse code conversations on the 40 meter band of amateur radio. Mainly between 7 - 7. 012 mhz using lsb, usb, cw wide, cw narrow, and am filters. I used a yeasu ft-757gx transceiveri mainly recorded this because i thought the am filter on the morse code sounded very unique and space like. Feel free to cut out whatever you like and modify. Also the buzz is from the computer's sound card impurity being amplified through the transceiver, this is not easy to fix. Recorded on 3:50 utc 2013-11-2.

A short clip of a recording i made from my cbf600 motorcycle gearbox and chain. You can hear gearbox wine (normal), the sound of the chain running over the drive sprocket, some gear shifts and a little wind noise. I recorded it to see what it sounded like. It can make a good reference with which to compare should you think there is a problem in the future. I like the sound of the engine running and gears, normally drowned out by the exhaust. I clipped the mic to the gear lever. If i do it again i will place it further away from the sprocket.

I played the melody and solo of against all odds by gerald albright (ca. 100 bpm, key: db maj)and put effects on it. Various sound effects from children's toys edited together. All are on a low quality speaker, but are usually unique. All spoken word sounds as well as specific things like laughs or animal sounds are in different sounds. They range from real sounds like cowbells and car horns to blings and ascending synth sounding noises for a correct answer. (some tags describe one or two sounds in a long list, so listen to all of them if you're looking for something specific).

Around 15 minutes of a fireworks show i went to. You can hear many different types of fireworks go off, with crackling, explosions, bangs, booms, etc. In this. There are people and kids talking and laughing in the background throughout many parts due to this being a public event, which may be good or bad depending on what you would like to use this for. The fireworks were not very far away, which means that they do sound close. I even got covered in some ash during the experience. You do not need to credit me for this sound, use it how you like.

This is a mix of everything so far; not exactly, but whether there are lots of cartoon sounds on the internet, they kinda look old with the “flashy” quality. Here is a collage of cartoon sounds i mixed up. Some of these sounds are usually hannah barbera, but a few ones from digiffects, i guess. A suspenseful sting with a lot of bass. Gave it a scifi feel with the flanger. Made for the audience to feel foreboding or suspense during the scene. Can be paired with an object or character to give the audience negative feelings towards who or what's on screen. Went to download a hearing test audio from youtube and got this really creepy sound instead. Sounds like some angry computer being possibly tumblr screaming 'go away' before it swallows you whole. Enjoy.

Layered a nice snare, some noise, clap, and even a really pitched up kick( like 24 semitones up) to get this sound. Added in some tape saturation and compression(rough rider) and voila, i made a dirty snare. :).

This is the sound of a jacket zipper going up and down at various speeds. While it is from a jacket, it does sound also like the zipper from a tent as well. This was recorded with an akg c-214 condenser microphone in my home studio.

Needed a rocking chair with a slight breeze and captured it with subtle children at play and a jet plane in background. Left it as a raw mp3 but you're welcome to edit any way you like.

Created a loop in audacity by hitting an old coca cola collectors glass with a spoon in several locations, altering the pitch of these sounds, and applying them in a rhythmic fashion. Ended up with a kinda creepy march-like sound.

An alarm sound effect produced from applying the dfx skidder vst effect onto a very, very slowed down recording of me whistling. It's ended up sounding uncannily like another alarm sound effect from gerry anderson's "thunderbirds" (played whenever you see those portraits with the eyes that light up).

A quick multisample snare hit i did with pro tools 10. I didn't add any reverb so y'all could choose one that fits your project, but it's full and punchy. Sum to mono if you don't like the subtle panning i added. Enjoy!.

Here's a sound bite of me setting off a morning glory firework (essentially a sparkler, for the unaware). It almost sounds like a fuse going off if you ask me. Could be good for a fuse sound for a project. Recorded with a zoom h4n.

I got hit by a spinning firecracker that decided to run into me while recording my other firecracker sounds. In the middle of the clip it sounds like someone stepping on old wood planks. Maybe someone will have some use for this sound.

Pedal-based noise created from an internal feedback loop. Wah, distortion, flanger, sirkut gnarler, and other pedals. Near the middle the flanger (dod fx75b) and gnarler in combination made a really weird noise like a fast, looped recording of a zummarah or some other wind instrument. . .
