I'm riding a bus (for disabled people) in to downtown honolulu amid the heavy traffic caused by last-minute christmas shoppers. I recorded this inside the bus with my lenovo laptop's built-in microphone.

This is an underwater ambient loop i created for a game-jam project. Since the project was nothing but good fun, i have uploaded some of the more useful sounds to freesound. Org for everyone to use. The sound was created by layering hydrophone recordings with filtered noise.

Another drum track i made for a friend to jam with using the the real drum sounds in fruityloops. Its a 6 bar loop comprising of a beat with hats and the with ride and back to the hats again. Originally it was programmed at 55 bpm but sounds better at 90 or so.

All you have to to is loop them and you'll have a great base rhythm for your projects or to just jam with. That's why i create these types of loops; they help me create full finished compositions. This started out as a really long jam session with synplant and a ton of randomized lfos and midi generators. I then resampled a snippet from it, drenched it in fx, threw ableton's resonator on it, then slapped on a utility that makes resonator play chords, which were generated from splash pro's ai keyboard.

This is my second "stonerscape" that i've uploaded, the first being "creep jam". This atmosphere gives off a dark and brooding feel, my interpretation of what one may experience in a deep, suspended animation state. Get yourself properly prepared (if legal in your area), use good quality headphones, and relax in a comfortable, laid back position in a darkened room.

My friend and i had rented a minimoog model d (c1977, not the reissue).
