I'm making a spooky scary video game and needed a "behind you" whisper to play over the shoulder of the player. Didn't find anything so i made it myself by recording several whispers of "behind you" and then applying effects in audacity. Hope this helps someone. Go ahead and use this for whatever. It's a lot of reverb, echo and delay on it. I think of a creepy crypt with blood on floor and walls. Like something really bad just happens. . . . Recorded some sounds, filtered out the noize, reversed it and put paulstretcher on it. Had to amplify the bass, because there was an incredibly awkward high-pitch sound in the background. I am actually really interested how and where you guys would use this sound, so feel free to post a link to your work in the comment section!.

Not only do chicken carcasses make a tasty stock they also make great sounds when you mangle them about a bit!. Various squelching and squishing sounds with the occasional bone snap. No processing except small fade in/out. This one has a really annoying breath noise on the mic at the best bit unfortunately.

Decided to do an exercise from "the book of bad ideas c 2. 0". This is exercise 1. 3 just intonation. Nice. Then i start to turn knobs and get modular mayhem. . .

Good minute and a half long sound bed for zombies feeding or other gross sounds. Squishing. . . Sooooo much squishing!. Sound created by stirring a big bowl of rice and beans. Recorded with a zoom h6 (msh-6 mid-side stereo capsule attached). Clean, gross sound for whatever muck-ish sounds you need. Always for commercial use. . . Without attribution. It is a very strange sound:) made by my reloop rmx-30 dj mixer's and sb live soundcard's bug! there could be a malfunction and when i used the gain potmeter the sound from nowhere (the cable, the mixer, the soundcard, don't know. . ) became mad. It is travelling on freaky frequencies which makes your ear bad. It is worth to listen:) pure hardware sound.

This is me, doing some pseudo latin voice over work for an audio play i'm working on. Basically this consists of 2 vo layers. One normally spoken, but pitched, the other one just whispering the same text in synch with the first layer. Add some fancy reverb and there you have your evil demon chant.

I was in my room with my blue yeti microphone and i noticed that i can make a sort of whistle/shrill with my teeth. Edited with audacity. I think this could work with a few other small animals but a mouse comes to mind when i hear this. If you are gonna use this please comment or link me to what you are gonna use it for.

Another very old production, i think this one's from around 2009 even!. Using the reverb of a chord i made on my guitar i created a drone-y, washed out sound. Added some subtle bitcrushed drums, cymbals and a vst synthesizer plays some notes to fill it out a bit, and a dark brooding bass-like instrument pulls up near the end of the track.
