I recorded this at night in blanchard spring campground in arkansas, usa. Mostly night insects. In the distance there is a heavy metal door of the campground bathroom opening/closing.
Waves are hitting the beach after heavy winds. The rocks being hit are smaller then in wave1, some of them can be heard being moved around by the incoming wave.
This is the song of a beautiful bird called a rufous-sided towhee. A bird usually found in deep woods, or in heavy brush. I was fortunate though to both see and hear this guy as he was perched in a tree at the edge of a heavy forest.
