It's not perfect and i may have missed some handling noise hence "rough cleanup". But it's a bit better :)if this will be background noise in a video/music, you'll probably lower the volume and the handling noise will become much less apparent. Running up stairs - maybe a low shelf here and there will help - definitely a usable recording - nice feel - on a personal note i was very tired at the top - it was 5 flights - tho bad mic handling (removed) on the first few flights.

In this sound track, someone is handling a bag of crisps with strong intent on making rumple noises. The motion is holding and folding the bag of crisps. The sounds has a metallic quality to it, the motion is done at random. Useful for sample slicing. It is recorded with a simple tie microphone and then edited on audacity to reduce noise and isolate the sound.
