Footsteps recorded in a stone chamber with great reverb. It also adds to the sound that the chamber was part of a castle used by the knights templar and located right next to the windmills described in don quijote. Recorded on a zoom h4.
This is audio of me getting out of my car. There's a door-ajar jingle, keys jingling, door opening and closing, and footsteps on pavement, grass, and gravel. There are some faint wildlife sounds in the background.
Using the remove hum tool on izotope rx2, i took out filtered out the hum that occurs in the 190-220 hz range. I believe any eq could filter that hum out at that range without affecting the bass in the footsteps. I believe the footsteps are in the 50-60 hz range anyway.

Footsteps on snow while wearing sneakers with a wooden floor underneath the snow. The footsteps sound quite aggresive. I am trying to upload as many sounds as possible that are free to use by anyone. If you want, you can always buy me a coffee. Thanks!. Https://www. Buymeacoffee. Com/chrd. Thank you for checking out my work!.
Meant to be footsteps on a boat, it's actually just pounding boots on a five-gallon plastic jug of water. This is a harder version with more clicky transients.
One set of footsteps, wearing dress shoes (loud heel, but not necessarily high heel) in a quiet corridor. No external noise, low room tone. Also starts and stops. Good for adding reverb for an echoey feel.
