Here is an electric train entering and leaving a quiet station in marthalen switzerland. A small number of people including footsteps on the platform leaving the train. I've decided to experiment with random frequencies slowly filling canvas and blending into a single timbre. For this piece they emerge with quite an amount of time and there is no distinct frequency to form a tone. This experimentation produces quite a hauinting sound consisting of small parts.
This is the sound of my roomba 671 robot vacuum cleaner, you hear him cleaning and the brushes are turning. You also hear some bumps against the wall before he enters the battery station and makes the typical sound when the roomba entered the battery station succesfully. Recorded with a tascam dr 40.
