I was looking for a smoke machine blast and a c02 gun blast for an after-movie sound design, but i couldn't find a proper sound on the internet, so with my sound design knowledge, i tried to replicate those noisemakers. Got a group of about 8 people to say "hey!" a few times. Layered all the takes, compressed, and added a touch of reverb. I've used this one a bunch in my own songs. Sometimes, to achieve a convincing gang vocal effect, when i don't have a gang, you can sing your line a few times, and then layer this "hey" under each syllable, and you can get a pseudo-gang vocal. Works in a pinch if your mix is dense enough. I'd love if you'd credit joshua scott or rjc studios if you use this sample, but don't sweat it if you don't. Good artists borrow, great artists steal.

While making an ambient track simulating a fortune teller's caravan, i designed 3 sounds in pro tools by layering and editing presets within ambience and soft pads. They add a bit of magical flare when the tarot card reader turns over a card. This sound can be used for any kind of transition, item acquisition, quest accomplished, or other quick sound effect which needs a light, magical quality. A short recording of construction work on a ten-storey apartment building in the blackhorse road area of walthamstow, london. General construction noises. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is some processing to this recording to ‘normalize’ the levels and light eq-ing. I do not require any credit or attribution. This is the ambience i created for my sci-fi sitcom accidentally reckless of a dropship of some kind approaching a battlefield (and certain death). The bare bones was created from a field recording of the x-1 bus going down attercliffe road towards sheffield city centre, during a period in 2017 when they were constantly resurfacing the stretch that goes past the swingers club, resulting in the bone shaking rattling sounds you can hear. I then layered on some laser and rocket noises (already uploaded) and some engine type sound effects and shuttle flypast effects that i don't think i've uploaded yet.
