I'm actually not sure what caused this sound. I think i shifted my mic, and it sounded like a heartbeat to me.

Some sort of "wind" sounds i did by blowing directly into the mic of a zoom h4 n. It's not the real thing, but it can work. . .

For "man of la mancha" i needed the sound of don quixote hitting the stage while off stage fighting windmills. I dropped a sandbag a few times, and added the sounds together. You can hear the slight reverb from our walls. I wanted the slight echo effect of the stage, so that the audience thought he really fell.

This is me moving my body, so you can hear my gestures. High quality.

Created using tracktion waveform-10. I used 3 instances of the builtin synth subtractive, 1 was for the body of the snare the other 2 were the noise to try and replicate the wires of the snare, finally i used zynaddsubfx to create the transient. There was some eq applied to boost key frequencies in around 200hz and mastermix plugin to compress the audio.
