This is a bunch of sounds from bending and moving soft equipment. It was used to create audio for the movement of some geared-up police operators in a game.
Chime sounds from http://www. Freesound. Org/people/urupin/sounds/122056 mixed together with noise, bit depth decreased, and all reversed. And then some other effects applied.
A12 4 7 10 on C. Traditional notation: C B♭ E. MIDI pitch bend matches intervals. Other non-octave tunings investigated by Bohlen besides the Bohlen-Pierce scale include twelve steps in the tritave, named A12 by Enrique Moreno [1] and based on the 4:7:10 chord.
