A full hip-hop rap beat with piano and strings to make it emotional. Please do not use this loop as a sample for your rap or hip-hop tracks. This loop if not to be used as free sample for rapping purposes. Since there are some comments about using this loop, in response to this. Yes, this is a free website where you can download sounds and samples. Yes you can download this and yes you can rap to it. What i specifically want to state is that, no you may not breeze by and "steal" this loop to "rap" over it for commercial use, for your own gain. Yes you can use this sample i created for a video, film, documentary. No you may not build a complete or partial song of your band or rapper rapping to it and release it to the public for your gain. In other words, feel free to use it as you wish, but respect the work. If you feel the need to download this sound to make it "big" then go ahead, "steal" it. But i hope you have more respect for artists that write music such as myself. I cant stop you from doing as you wish with it, but i can make a statement and tell you what i want my music meant for.

Binaural* recording of cathedral bells repeating over and over (not looped). Towards the end of the file the bells are heard from a distance (the recording continued while walking away). Recording notes:. 1. Recorded in the field using soundman okm ii binaural microphones with the h1 zoom recorder. Sunday 87/2/2015 mid afternoon. 2. The recording has been left unedited to allow the greatest amount of creative reworking. 3. Recordings are as long as possible for video usage (it's easier to shorten a sound than to expand it). 4. Volume in these series will be left unaltered to allow easier mixing as far as possible. You won't have distant birdsong louder than a closeup door slam. 5. Attribution is appreciated but not necessary. A "thanks" or smiley face in the comments below will be fine. Commercial use is okay. Any concerns, send me a message. *binaural is a recording method that allows surround sound over stereo headphones but over speakers can add depth when mixed with other sounds.

Snippets from recordings of me playing the tanpura. Tuned to c sharp, the notes from top to bottom are g sharp, a sharp, c sharp, low c sharp. In traditional indian tuning the c sharp is the root note (first note in the scale) and referred to as sa. The fifth note (g sharp in this scale) is referred to as pa and the sixth note (a sharp) is dha. The pack contains recordings of the more traditional pa-sa-sa-sa type rythmns, as well as some experimenting with short bass lines, riffs and slap bass drones!. Before you say "a tanpura should not be played in such a way" please be comforted by the fact that this is not a traditional tanpura (and will never sound or be able to be played exactly like a traditional tanpura) it is part of the swar sangam, which combines the four drone strings of the tanpura with 15 harp strings. I am only playing the tanpura part in these recordings.

A request for freesounder neilreynolds1980, intended as a soundtrack for the play dr faustus at the point the eponymous character is sucked into hell. A bit of technical information: the basic sound is a stacked set of ‘devil’s intervals’ (augmented fourths) with doubling at the octave, playing an instance of calf organ set to a truly horrifying demonic choir patch i created. The rest of the effects are accomplished using automation of this instrument as well as calf pulsator and calf filter in ardour. This sounds much better when downloaded than it does in the freesound player. The stereo image and sample rate are much reduced in the version you hear in the player.

A short tune i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. I wanted to make the ground with "organic" instruments like violin, acoustic guitar and piano. But i also added a synth to get an atmosphere and spook things up. I think it could be good for something mysterious and a bit eerie. Anyway hope you like it. A scary tune i made in garageband for something called victors crypt!. Did some minor chords on a very reverbed piano. Added some drums at the middle and threw in some more scary stuff to spice it up a bit. I believe this could be used for an intro/outro, something scary, spooky, weird, thrilling, horrific, creepy, cool or anything you can think of. A flute is coming in along with an electric guitar and a clean "twangy" guitar. . . . Get the feeling of emptiness in a big space. . . An internal gas combustion engine starting up, and then cutting grass as it moves across the lawn. The clip is recorded from an elevated vantage point about 25 feet directly above the lawnmower. In the background some lawn debris can be heard hitting the blade and getting tossed. The variable pitch motor slows as it encounters heavier grass. It is the first grass cutting of the season and, being on the west coast, the grass is very thick with moisture enhanced growth. The recording is made with a high quality stereo zoom h1n portable audio recorder. However, the. Mp3 setting was selected during recording to achieve a smaller audio footprint (for another use), melded to a mono channel, then exported to. Wav as the preferred format for this repository.

A dramatic tune i made on mostly piano in garageband for something called victors crypt. I imagine a mad sweaty beethoven-like composer by the piano in a concert hall. He's pounding those poor keys on the piano. I added some background-sounds to make it more moody. Could be perfect for an intro, something dramatic, big and serious. A small, mechanical music box plays, slows down and stops. Synthesized sound with stereo light reverb effect. Duration 0'52". Three turns of a wooden boxed clockwork mechanical key followed by a bright, nonsensical music box tune. As the tune plays, the tempo slows down - gradually at first but becoming profoundly slower towards the end. Tune ends on a melancholic note mid phrase. Could be used as a standalone effect, or perhaps metaphorically as a cipher for the aging process and cessation of life. The clockwork key effect is a rapidly repeating single mechanical clock tick filtered to sound box-like. The sound of the music box tines was created with ni fm8 using four sinewave oscillators, one of which feeds back on itself to produce a hint of metallic ringing.

Created by anthony baldino for use in the make noise morphagene. "somehow making electronic music lead me to creating trailer music and sound design so it seemed fitting to make reel with a wide array of sounds from both types of music. This reel includes repurposed and re-mangled sounds that inspired music and sound design that have found their way into such trailers as interstellar, jurassic world , alien covenant, suicide squad, star wars: rogue one and others as well as glitchy beats and ambiences from upcoming electronic releases. In this reel you'll find impacts, processed orchestra, synth ambiences, modular beats and other noises that will hopefully inspire morphagene users to explore new music of their own. An atmosphere i created for someone that makes it possible for me to create these sounds from my heart. I am uploading it here for others to use, as well as give her a means to hear my fractal sounds coming from the depths of my being, for this internet complex has a lot of services - one of them lacking in the music department. This internet needs more ways to exchange music with others. That said, enjoy. Made in fl10.

The sound is generated by self oscillating vcfs. I love sinus wave. I will sell my triple oscillator now. It does not have sinus wave! the randomness is generated to old fashion way. I don't have any fancy random trigger modules. Bla bla bla. . . I stop there.

A soundscape conveys our interpretation of the origin of universe. It mixes scientific, vedic hinduism and creative approaches. Starting from the very beginning (big bang and “om” sound), passing through the universe expansion and focusing mostly on earth evolution, including molten rock and floods eras, as well as sounds from living creatures. We used a combinations of sounds from our custom pure data patches, vst synthesizers and a few samples from freesound. You can find the attribution below.

This is a section of a recording i did when a school nearby had a field day. There's a decent part in the middle, where the wind sound is practically gone. I used some filters to take out the wind sound as much as possible, but the high end whistling of the wind is still a bit audible. Feel free to use this in anything!.

This is the new talking traffic signal in town. I got the idea to speed it up from listening to some radio commercials where the person talks a mile a minute to cram as many words into the commercial as possible. They really are damned annoying when they do it, but i get a laugh out of my version. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak with one track duplication and edited in sony vegas. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks. :^).

Roller coaster- nothing really noteworthy about this recording. It’s just a nice wide stereo capture of an old style wood-frame roller coaster. I think there were only 2 or 3 people riding it as i did this recording, as it was a not-at-all busy weekday afternoon in the off season. We get a passing motorcycle at the very beginning, and then a distant plane just prior to the roller coaster. Stereo recording of a group of street musicians playing circus style music in paradise circus, birmingham uk. Recorded on a zoom h2 digital recorder in wav format walking past the musicians. Trumpet does some phase effects as the reflected sound from a large building mixes with the direct sound. Recorder was in bag so sounds of movement, and plenty of street noise. Short extract so as not to deprive performers of any rights - this is a field recording of a street soundscape.
