Came up with this and thought some of you may find it useful to sample or w/e, i'm working toward getting an audio interface and sm57 and then i'll take requests and stuff if you want.
Just woke up, smoked a bong and recorded this for the fun, in case anyone needs it. The recording is in a noisy environment, on samson pro c01u pro condenser microphone.
I was playing about in absynth and massive and with some samples this evening. Came up with this nice atmosphere. It made me think of a dark / menacing computer room somewhere in the future.
I set my zoom h4n on my kitchen counter, turned the record volume up to 100%, and walked out of the room. There's slight noise from the window and my refrigerator.
Eastern vibe instrumental loop that i worked on a few years back. Could be cool remixed and chopped up etc. . . Or as is. . . Do whatever you like with iiiiit! peace and biscuits.
I used rytmik ultimate to make this song. The style is an up-beat, video game-ish kind of feel. I was inspired by games like super c, super mario bros, and mega man.
This was recorded to soundtrack someone suddenly waking up from a nightmare. Small bedroom, close distance, female. Let me know if you use it; i'd be interested to know!.
Recorded in stereo from inside a plastic watering pot with zoom q8. Pitched down. The toaster is touching the pot, so it can deliver vibrations after the "pop-up mechanism".
I made a project in cubase which had 12 tracks each playing a sine wave in a different note of the chromatic scale, each sine wave also had slightly varied lfos on volume and pitch. Then i put this sound through the soundtoys crystallizer plug and recorded it while manipulating various parameters. Ended up with 3 minutes of crazy glitched out sounds, use for anything you like!. It gets pretty out of control at some points so don't have your speakers up too loud :).

This is the sound of a jacket zipper going up and down at various speeds. While it is from a jacket, it does sound also like the zipper from a tent as well. This was recorded with an akg c-214 condenser microphone in my home studio.
One of the sprinkler heads at school has an odd click to it, and finally there was no traffic and i was able to record it. [please let me know if you use my sounds in anything. I'd love to hear where it ends up!].
My dad had an old beat-up mouth organ, which was double tuned, in micro-tones to give a shimmering vibrato effect. I loved to just explore the overtones, and recompose them to make complex chords.
Nice to meet you. I am not good at english and pardon the description mistake, please. This time, it up-loads it to freesound for the first time. It would be greatly appreciated if it could use it though it is not the wonderful one. By the way, i am japanese.
Poor salad bowl being hit multiple times, to produce this track, which is ready to be chopped up into single hits and become a multisample eventually :)the bowl itself is tuned almost exactly to g.
This is recorded inside a milking barn in hualian, taiwan, using a zoom h2n. The milking hours were not up, so the cows were very excited seeing us entering.
Up close stereo recording of an under the bench dishwasher viewed from the front, about 30cm away. Mostly a whirring sound, with splashes throughout. Recorded on a roland r-26 recorder, xy mics.
A sound effect inspired by the game slender that i made for my film class. Probably most useful if splicing the sound on and off during a build-up. Feel free to use :).
100 bpm in 6/4 time. This is a breakbeat i came up with. I tried to differentiate various parts of it. If you wish to use it please site the source, thanks!:).
A drum beat i made in ableton which i personally thought sounded really bad so i never ended up using it. Hopefully someone else will be able to make use of it though!.
Close up crowd, with car noise in background. Male and female voices talking jovially. General rumble of conversation with some voices standing out on occasion. Laughing and conversing loudly.
Speaker announcement for train going to pori in finnish, swedish and english. Close up recording with xy stereo microphone. Has a bit of electromagnetic interference noise.
The sound of a dog leash and correction collar. Moved and dropped the collar, clicked the clip of the leash to simulate the sound of climbing gear. Recorded on razer kraken kitty and cleaned up in audacity.
On the workbench is a spool of springy wire, which in this case happens to be nickel-chrome. It gets used sometimes for repairs; presently a few turns of the wire are sticking up above the spool, resembling an extended slinky. This is the metallic sound of twanging that coil of wire.
A thunderstorm rolling through. Starts off with heavy rain and then lightens up. Some cars drive by and at one point a group of people on bicycles makes their way past.
A seamless sound of water flowing, with close-up water gurgling and faint rapids in the background. Can be looped. Please comment and let me know if you use this in a project! :).
Mono recording close up of water thundering down a weir. From the top of the weir - recorded with a sennheiser me66 onto a tascam dr4048kh wav with a little eq to add some to the lower frequencies.
Part of a firework display. Can hear roman candles with screamer units, and the launch and burst of shells. You may wish to turn up the bass and wear headphones! now geotagged at last - thanks for all the comments!.
A couple of ir from a field recording at carnarvon gorge amphitheatre, a very subtle sandstone acoustic, not a big reverb, but warms up a flute nicely. . . . This place is an ancient aboriginal initiation site.
Train passes right to left at middle speed. Microphones close to the railway. France, 2013. Recorded with schoeps oct set up reduced to stereorecorded on sounddevice 744t24 bits, 48khz, stereo.
Alt version of a melody i came up with in midi shifting notes around. The sound is from an acoustic guitar note sample of mine with effects, ran through structure free in pro tools.
Exterior non close-up ambience of builders working in house next door. Various power tools, sounds of hammering, builders chatting and distant sounds of children and traffic. Occasional aircraft passing. Zoom h6.
Knocking tree times on a metalic door, close up, several takes. Note that a small electric rumble should be removed. France, 2018. Recorded with schoeps ab ortfrecorded on nagra ares bbwave stereo, 48khz, 24bits.
Cool harmony i made in fruity loops. I recommend using an equalizer to get rid of the high pitched squeaking noise. It didn't show up in my daw for some reason.
A recording made in a forest of a little stream created by melting snow, against a background of a constant whoosh of the wind up in the trees. Occasional bird sounds. Recorded with a zoom h1.
