This is my attempt at the iconic blade runner pistol. I did not used the original sound as a source because i wanted a more updated feel. I hope you enjoy.
This sound was created in audition by using three sample tracks with altered pitches for the sound of the timer countdown. I used an altered 8 bit sample for the explosion, bringing out the low range and lowering the high range with a 30 band compressor.

Applied stuff like echo, chorus, and tremolo. Converted it to amr then back to wav to make it mono. Reminds me of that sound effect from five nights at freddy's 3 that plays at the start of the minigames.
Feedback from messing around with a cloned circuit of the tr-808 bass drum. If decay is extended too far, the circuit gets stuck in a feedback loop and produces awesome deep-bass analogue sine waves.

Tried to add sub harmonic content to a snare, so a lot of the punch in this 200hz snare comes from harmonics like 50hz 100 hz etc. Execution prolly wasnt too great but i like how it came out.
Still a pack of loops (because i enjoy doing them) for the lazy ones there are also ready fillings (4beat). Created in hydrogen and microsampler with samples from my personal library. Have a good time.

The beat was made using the real drum sounds in fruity loops for a friend who wanted to jam some new guitar riffs for his band. The tempo was originally 60 bpm but sounds better at 90bpm. It comprises of 2 bars of drums with hats and 2 with a ride.
This is recorded with a h4n pro's built in stereo microphones from the middle front of the car (dodge charger 1969). Mixed, -21 lufs. Slight wind wind interferance in the last part of the recording in the lower end.

The mitosis pack contains several loops with melodies. I removed the modulation and let the bass run without changing a pitch for this loop. See also loops 005 and 6.
