The thunder is in the distance and slowly moves away, fading as the track goes on. One of the english summer storms of 2014 recorded on a condenser mic. The neighbor's dog barks at it at some point. Naturalistic, no processing done to it whatsoever.

Recorded with an se5 cardioid condenser and a sound devices 633. Some multiband compression and then limiting applied with waves plugins.

Night storm in evosmo-thessaloniki (part 1) with more than 30 lightning strikes and thunders in a period of 20 minutes. The recording was made by me with the zoom handy recorder h2 (open window of my apartment). Sounds like even the street traffic, car alarm, a horn ship (the port is 6 km far away), human voices, dogs, and inside noise. Making use the adobe audition 3. 0 to edit the file. Enjoy.

Recorded from my balcony. This is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The loud tapping noise is the raindrops falling on the plastic shade of my balcony.

It is a sound that feels thunderous, at the beginning it is very strong but at the end it is perceived as it loses its power and turns off. Had to be activated by someone when turning on the mini blender.

The recording is slightly edited to prevent it from being too long. The recorder was placed under a picnic area roof, so the water is dripping from that. I think you can almost hear the storm passing from approximately right to left. Recorded using a (slightly wet) zoom h2 in 4 channel surround mode. Long easy rain. Recorded from my front porch the evening of may 22, 2018. Almost half an hour; slice it up to use your favorite parts. Rain slows down around 3:00. Some distant thunder around 16:20. Look out for a few small ambient noises like splashes or traffic. A perfect audio bed under your sound design of a rainy scene. Or layer it to create a storm.

Sounds like rain. Made from crumpling tin foil. Should loop seamlessly. Boosting some of the lower frequencies (around 80 - 100 hz) should add some thunder for you.

This is a recording of rain with a zoom h6. You can hear the rain hitting the roof above my head. And i go closer to the ground at the end, where single drops are more clear.
