By tapping the back of my lap top, i made an unusual heartbeat. Removed hissing, added a deeper pitch and deleted certain beats for a somewhat rhythmic beat.

Wind chimes outside of my house being jingled around by myself. The thump at the end is my dog knocking a pan of rising focaccia bread off the stove.

Recorded inside a closet. Low noise, not much reverb. Sounds almost machine-like with a satisfying thump. Recorded on a phone. I messed around with it to get it to sound nice. In case you do something that mixes the channels: on the opening part i copied a 5khz to 8. 5khz band from the left to the right channel, so that frequency band is mono.

15 minutes of cicadas. Brood x 2021. Bit of walking on the deck/thumping at the beginning and end, but otherwise a clean recording.

Poking around in my grandmother's barn - building is approx 140 years old and filled with old tools, furniture and other random things. Recording consists of a lot of rusty metal scrapes and thumps, footsteps on old wood, doors etc. Recorded on a hand-held sony pcm-d50. I've edited out the worst of the wind and other artifacts of my sloppy recording technique, but there may be some still in there.
