My fender guitar amp made some weird sounds the other day, when i switched it on. Quite musically i think:).

Recorded in a tram in tokyo. I didn't use high-pass filter when recorded, so i think you can hear much low frequency. Sennheiser mkh20 and fostex fr-2.

I played around with a few sounds and created this by accident, i think it would be great for creating some sort of suspenseful kinda of dark'ish scene in a film.

Some kind of readout, computer thinking or calculating process.

Background static of a walkie-talkie radio. Good to place in the background of radio dialogue, or any other purpose you can think of.

Short bassline i made. I think it's (g1-f#1-c1-f0) looped with an a1 in bar 3 between g1 & f#1.

I made this with my keyboard and some pre-set synths on garageband. I think it has a really video game vibe to it, almost like something from system shock or half-life or something like that.

This sound makes me think of a character walking through an empty unfamiliar corridor. Everything seems calm, but something dangerous might be any step ahead. Based on 350468. Paulstretched and made loopable.

Nasty type of tones, think bad garage rock. But a simple type of riff which could be used for a beginning or break segment if shorten.

This sound is a combination of organic, non-instrumental sounds manipulated with different effects. It represents a stumbling journey, thinking you have your footing, but then bringing you back to where you began, but now ending up in a new place. An unsure place.

A weird and a little spooky sound that i somehow have in my collection for years now, but i don't have the slightest idea of how or when it was created. . . I think it has something unique. I wish it was longer.

I generated a square tone with audacity and applied a few effects to it, mostly wahwah i think, and faded in and out. If you repeat it, it makes a very believable sound for an old video game machine.

Was it chilly, or did it need to be defended as chili?. The latter isn't likely. I make inarguably the world's best chili. No i don't care what anyone else thinks.

Used audacity to make a chirp sound, i think it's sine-sawtooth. Pretty easy thing. Nothing to lose from it being mp3. It's a pretty dirtily made sound.

Music loop i made, its faster beat and i think pretty sweet! it was made using an ipad, garageband, various loops and whatnot. Some instruments provided are from myself, and also the smart instruments on garageband.

I litterally pulled out my belt and shook the belt buckle infront of the mic. This is exactly what one would think it is. This was recorded at the open window institute sound booth in centurion, south africa.

The sound of a marker sliding quickly on a bed cloth. I will use it for a fandub for emulate the sound of clothes moving suddenly. It's pretty neet and i think that can be useful for other projects. I hope you may use it too :d.

Just a recording of me banging on a glasss table. Has a lot of sounds of me trying to move the mic to the glass table to record me hitting the glass, but i think it may be useful for music creation.

This is a piece i wrote this morning and recorded on my zoom h2n. A fan is running the background. I think this piece just has a cool acoustic, outdoorsy morning type vibe.

This is a heavily distorted version of a previous sound created by scraping a tape dispenser on my desk and giving it reverb. I think it sounds like a monster in relation to horror breathing. I would imagine it being a large beast of some sorts.

This is a little project i did to help children understand the dynamic nature of wood. Sometimes you think wood should be knocked but then you regret it when she knocks your wood.

I made this file and used paulstretching and pitch change. I liked it. It's pretty much indescribable so see what you think. I hesitated to put "angels" on it but it does sound at some point like a host of voices.

Recorded whilst thinking and doing the dishes. This is the gaps between the thoughts. Often noisy (ruffling of clothing on mic) but may be interesting lots of clanking and bashing and water.

I let the patch sound thru a pair of cheap computer speakers that i use as monitors. In an adjacent room, close to an open window, i put my phone and record. This is the unedited outcome. The recording was made 09:00 (16-05-11). Unfortunately nothing happened outside the window. Even the birds was quiet. I think there is a hint of feedback in the sound? first i planned to record with an old tape recorder, but i couldn’t find it. . . I think this recording should be listened to with low volume. May by it was a mistake to amplify the sound in audacity? but i think there is a nice room ambiance to the recording. Ideas for next time. Use guitar amp. Find old tape recorder. Don’t put recording device to close to window.

This soundsketch provides a nice soothing sound to the ear that allows those to hear it to notice daily sounds. These sounds are more relaxing than you think if you stop and hear them. This sound shows that and provides multiple sounds that don't annoy the ear.

I think this sounds a lot like the slate in prince of persia before it falls. It would work well in a game which is why i gave it a creative commons 0 license like my other sounds. Enjoy!.

2 empty shotgun shells hitting the ground simultaneously on a wood floor, 12 gauge shells i think? there is a little bit of background noise, but should still hopefully be usable.

I built a pad with several multiosc synths, this is me pressing one key on a midi controller and letting it go. There are approximately 48 separate oscillators stairstepped on this one. I think it might have completed one cycle.

Maybe this is a bit too loud. The overdrive and the crazy percussion instruments adds a bit too much on this loop. I think it needs to be refined.
