71 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Stack"

This series is about transition sfx, this is stacked sound effects made with xsynth,dex and amsynth, randomized in carla and layered with cymbal samples i recorded a long time ago.

A single stack of individual stereo samples of claps. This one sample can be used, e. G. , on beat two and four of a dance track to add that classic clap on those beats, and give it a very natural analogue feel.

A couple of poker chips clinking together. The sound is from clay/ceramic poker chips, not the cheap plastic ones. Part of a set of various numbers of poker chips clinking together. I used these as clinky sounds in a amateur video game.

A chord progression loop i pulled from one of my remixes. Made with stacked synth pad and bass layers, and compiled in reaper.

Large cardboard box falling onto ground. Edits into one-shots. Stacks with other from bundle into a good crash. Recorded with shure ksm32 and buzz audio arc at 24bit and 48khz. Requires editing.

A 90s trance / chillout vowel pad. Several layers recorded from various vst synths stacked, resanpled and seasoned in the sampler. No hardware involved and all materials are neither vintage nor rare ;-).

I was inspired by urbexshauny's dark atmos, (http://freesound. Org/people/urbexshauny/sounds/367611/) so i threw the excellent "punch" drum synth at it, with a bit of indigo2 virus and a stack of compression everywhere. Bpm is at 90, the loop is from about 5. 10 thru the end.

This one is an attempt to replicate the ww2 enfield bolt action rifle the british used through world war 1 all the way to world war two and is even still used in some paramilitaries today. I used mostly recordings of the actual enfield rifle and just stacked them together, processed them with eq and multiband compression and several transient designers to bring out the snap and attached a reverb tail to it. Made this in ableton live.

There was a foley (of the then cranky closet of mine i was fiddling with) lying around in my hard drive i recorded some time ago. I pitched it down several times, stacked up in multiple layers & went on to process the layers individually.

Standing in line at the checkout, neighborhood supermarket, chicago, 7/17/16 at 6:25pm. Takin from home recording in cup board moving things for the stacking room. New app by mac for constables will make cellphone cameras not work when close to bad activity so no one cn make pictures to show. It might sound like this in cellphon. I make with very old radio station microphone on apple computer. Some adjusters work, some do not. I try long time. Crazy sound!.

Cymbals need some 15khz eq increase because of the dynamic microphone's treble roll-off. No copyrights, free for all uses. I recommend using native instruments battery to launch the samples. I wanted to record the sound of a keyring - or rather the keys strapped to it - make while in mid-air. There are the keys audible, recorded hitting the stack of hay (soft landing) and air blowign into the mics while the recordied has high velocity. I was throwing my recorer with my left hand, while simultaneously throwing my keyring with my right hand. The throw was vertical and the landing zone was a pile of hay. I thing there are some interesting sound here, i'm uploading it unedited to make it possible to cut out whatever you like. Recorded with a flying zoom h2 at 48khz/24-bit, edited, nomalized and converted to flac using audacity.

A request for freesounder neilreynolds1980, intended as a soundtrack for the play dr faustus at the point the eponymous character is sucked into hell. A bit of technical information: the basic sound is a stacked set of ‘devil’s intervals’ (augmented fourths) with doubling at the octave, playing an instance of calf organ set to a truly horrifying demonic choir patch i created. The rest of the effects are accomplished using automation of this instrument as well as calf pulsator and calf filter in ardour. This sounds much better when downloaded than it does in the freesound player. The stereo image and sample rate are much reduced in the version you hear in the player.
