A jazz sample at 130 bpm composed on fl studio. The left channel preceding phase shift was implement by the removal of a sinelike oscillation. I deleted a left channel sinelike oscillation after the attack (and actually i omitted one more oscillation, because i didn't want to remove the very energetic ones).

Night environment in the middle of the field during the quarantine in spain for the corona virus in spring. Curiously, you can hear the song of insects, cicadas, which usually sing on warm summer days and not on spring nights. Dogs can be heard in the distance and some distant traffic. Recorded with a zoom h1 in stereo.

You've heard them, you are probably sick of them and now you can download them — those irritating chimes that come before and sound after some meaningless announcement made in your local supermarket. For 'local' in this case, please read the gandía branch of leroy merlin. The firm is french and the city is in valencia, spain. I have spared you the echoing and garbled nonsense in between the chimes!.

Atmosphere in the interior of the sagrada familia, or more formally, the basílica i temple expiatori de la sagrada família, in barcelona, spain. Antonio gaudi's as-yet unfinished masterwork, begun in 1882, and set to be completed around 2026. It's an awe-inspiring building, with soaring, tree-like pillars and flooded with color from the stained-glass windows. This is a recording, made 2022 june 14, of the hubbub of sound inside the nave with multi-lingual tourists milling about, taking selfies, and gazing upward in awe. (try playing it back pitched down by and octave or more too!). .

I played arbitrary co-soundings on the mystic scale (it becomes mystic arabian if you mimic arabian music; otherwise is sounds european). I applied 300 hz steep low pass (eq) on an inverse sawtooth soundwave generator. I applied many delay effects in tandem. Created on fruity loops and re-equed on wavelab. Mystic(has three submodes, scale-shifts [same intervals, overall shifted]). • do, re#, mi, sol, sol#, si• do, do#, mi, fa, sol#, la• do#, re, fa, fa# la, la#. (semitonally/fret steps: 0, +1, +3, +1, +3, +1, +3). (si = ti, do = c). It is chordable.

Typical sound of a spanish mobile grinding shop with its high-pitched whistle. It's a quiet sunday morning in madrid's outskirts and this car loudly announces its services with a speaker. '. Translation: 'the knife sharpener has reached your front door. Knifes, scissors, mowing blades, pruning shears and all kind of tools may be sharpened. Ask for a free quote. The knife sharpener is at your home. '. Recorded with a huawei smartphone.

Any thursday, 12:00 am more or less. I was sitting down in a bench, looking to the buildings opposite me, with the road at my back. My handy recorder zoom h4n in my hands. Some people was chatting next to a car and then they got inside and they left (you can hear that on the left channel. Got it? "left" channel :d). You can hear people passing from one channel to another, cars and motorbikes. It was in c/ bravo murillo (madrid, spain). In that part, it is a one way street for vehicles, so all of them go from right to left channel.

I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, inland in the desert, morning with the wind blowing the sand, desert mountains all around just like the wild west. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. They are as big and as high quality as i can make. Please comment :).

I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, on a pebble beach the morning after a big wave swell. The rocks being moved by the sea are at least as big as footballs, and the waves are 8-12ft. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. A sample of church bells from a pamplona side street. Recorded in 1985 on a sony walkman using the in-built mics. Recorded onto tdk d90 cassette and stored since then in damp cellars, sheds, and long forgotten drawers. Just today transferred to digital using my fathers old decca legato tape player which we purchased in the early 70s to enable us to send messages to my uncle who had emigrated to australia. Dad says the player cost over £30 then which was more than a weeks wages at the time. I was inter-railing around europe at the time but the recording seems to stop in pamplona. Six weeks later all my money and passport was stolen while in crete and i made my way home via the british consulate in athens.

Here is a recording done during the fireworks of san juan at the beachof barcelona, spain. I was standing in front of the mapfre building, between the building and the sea to be exact. Fireworks were being launched behind me from the beach and their sound was reflected off of the building in front of me. The effect you hear are thereflections of the building. The building is shaped to visually reflect the city back onto the beach. Hence each floor has mirrors in a 45 angle downwards, all around the building (look it up on google for details). The sound must be coming from different points each located further away, creating a kind of discrete doppler effect, i suppose, although i am not yet 100% sure what exactly causes this. I am holding the microphone sideways, so you hear the explosions on your right ear and the reflection traveling to the left. In reality, you hear the explosion behind you and the reflection traveling up along the building. If you are ever in barcelona end of june during "san juan", you should check this out!. Recording done with my zoom h2n and its internal microphones. Hope you enjoy.
