You don't see any one, or anything, but either dust,trees, grass, or a vacant road. While your wondering through this place you also notice that that nightfall is approaching, and you can see the moon and the starts of this planet. This synth patch is just the sound for that, a drone bass synth patch used to create some imaginary audience feel that would lead you or someone to be driven to madness. I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what i needed. The sound effect is from the matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest trinity, just before the agents get upstairs. When trinity jumps, this is that effect.
