We were filming an interview when the bells started ringing. The sound is from the guest's lavalier mic. I told him not to make a sound so i could «record» the bells. We can hear the wind a little bit and the sound of his head moving here and there. Recorded at the basilique notre-dame-du-cap, trois-rivières, canada. Do whatever you want with it!.

This is a recording of the sea-side. The wind noise was was difficult to remove (i hadn't used a wind shield for the microphone); so i decided to use it as part of a sound designed piece. I would use this as background for gaming or for radio drama; you may use it however you wish.

File contains a second collection of 4 or 5 creepy, clichéd "hypno-tones" in the theremin's lowest ranges, each separated with 5 seconds of silence. Each hypnotone in the file uses a different waveform/tonal setting to give you various textural choices. As always, these sounds are recorded "dry" so that you can tweak and tweeze, add effects, overdub and mangle them any way you like.

This is a sound i created specifically for a video a made a while back. It is heavily distorted, meant to sound like punches/blows to something or someone - sort of ip-man style. The original recording was done by repeatedly tapping a table with my fingers, so if you want to create something similar but without the distortion, think in that direction.

What do you do with graveyard bells? the semantics of cemetery chimes and so on. Mimeophone qmmg 0-ctrl 0-coast and friends up there doing the business. Rendered at 48khz 32 bit fp using reaper. Markers placed for morphagene and granularity grit. Enjoy the grind!.

Now this sfx is my pride and joy. I acted quickly to get materials to work together to make this sound. I pulled a rope through the belt-eyes of some short pants, which would be the ropes releasing from the bag. Then i fluttered the pants to sound asif wind and the parachute material was colliding, making the sound so much more convincing.

I'm finally back! anyways, i thunk about making objects but using spectrogram. So i visited chrome music lab, opened spectrogram, and started recording. It took a while to make the sound, but here we are. When you see what it looks like in chrome music lab, you can see my ball, now look, i'm not a master at doing objects in spectrogram, but i tried!.

A recording of ambient sound at sunny point cafe in asheville, north carolina on june 5, 2013. This one was recorded with a homemade condenser mic into my zoom h4n, so it sounds a little lo-fi, though it seemed to take additive hf eq quite nicely. The huevos fucheros was delicious. I foudd this frequency, between 4450 and 4475 khz whilst going through channels on radiosdr. Org. It sounds a bit like a printer and then lower down sounds like a laser. Sorry for the sound of me pressing the keyboard, my laptop has an internal microphone so this was picked up.

A plate was placed on a table with a very small height gap so that it vibrated when flipped with a finger. Produces a sound similar to a ruler pushed down on a table, flipped and pulled onto the table. It's a bit difficult to describe but if you hear it, you see what i mean and i'm sure you've done it as well. . ;).

So when i started the recording, humans arrives in the street with some music and the birds keep singing at the same time. Finally, birds keep quiet and surely flee from humans who goes further. Made using two synths. One is a noise generator that has been pitched down three octaves. It has a 12-hertz sine tremolo on either side, one of which is offset by half a wavelength. The other synth is a deep organ playing e3 and g3. I cut the sound in audacity, and the waves line up perfectly, so you don't need to worry about looping it badly.

Baked some bread and took it into the bathroom with a bunch of foam pads. Recorded with an iphone 7 and cleaned it up in audition for a class project. I ate the bread after so no waste there. A stereo wav recording from a zoom h1n during a thunderstorm today. One siren picks up followed by several more producing a convincing stereo image. I have done a basic bass roll-off, but have left it otherwise untouched. If you have a spectral editor you can probably clean out more of the noise, but i couldn't do so and keep the sirens sounding good.
