A wooden bedside lamp with a plastic switch was used to produce the sound. Various ways of putting on the lamp and then switching it off were performed to widen the sound's range. A zoom h6 recorder was used, with the xy capsule, in a room to record the sound.

Not quite as fun as the title makes it sound but still a good hydraulic whooshing sound i made with my tascam dr-40x on a small tripod underneath my bed as i lifted and pushed down on the hydraulic hinge. Filtered and eq'd a bit for some room buzz.

The microphone (sennheiser mkh-50) was intentionally placed about 5 feet away from the door so as to capture some of the natural room sound/reverb (which is very subtle). Recorded into a tascam 208i audio interface and into adobe audition. Very minor processing (low-cut at 80hz to remove low-freq rumble).

A normal sized orange balloon was blown up and then blown down by holding the bottom of the balloon very tightly so that minimum air can come out, resulting in the very high pitched screaming sound. A zoom h6 recorder was used, with the xy capsule, in a normal room.
