I create my own original sound effects using audacity and my own equipment and ocassionally a garden gnome or two.

I recorded using a zoom h6 with an xy mic and foam screen and tripod. I placed the mic above the piece of paper. I wrote on a piece of paper on a desk with a pen at a slow pace and the fast pace, then i wrote with a pencil at a slow pace and then fast pace. Recorded for a school project for a sfx library.

A man's scared, arrhythmic breathing; good for horror. Came here to find the sound of a male's scared breathing, couldn't find one i could use and instead recorded myself. Figured i might as well upload it for anyone else who'd need it for their morally questionable projects too, so enjoy!.

An eight minute long soundscape i made for an episode of an audio fiction podcast. Intended to give the impression of a strange and otherworldly empty void, and to mildly imply sci-fi machinery with a spiritualist undertone. I wanted to create a better sounding womb environment, and so i created this sound in audacity by combining a recording of my breathing along with a heart beat at 60 bpm, underwater sounds to simulate the womb environment and to top it off there's the muffled sound of a female voice reading a story to her unborn child.
