Generative modular acid line sequenced with my own custom script that is specialized for non-quantized sort of strings of notes. Old yamaha drum kit recorded through a qfx shoebox taperecorder's built in mic. Then i played the tape and recorded a voicenote on a samsung galaxy note s1. I like the grain and texture so hopefuly helps for your lo-fi intended tracks.

Note: i have created a newer version which has better looping. It is called drum beat loop 2. 0. This is a drum beating. It is 12 seconds long but can be looped. It was createdusing ableton live (including plugins like acdgen, drumbrain, and polyrandom). The files were then combined and edited using audacity. Feel free to comment your opinions on this. Note: while this did loop just fine in my tests, some software don't handle the looping as well (like groove music pauses before repeating). If the looping doesn't work the first time, try using a different software. You can easily do this on a windows pc by right clicking on the file and pressing open with (i am sure there is also a way to do this on a macbook but i have never used one so i am not sure how you would do it).
